Trump Is Lying About Project 2025

It’s not relevant. Since the basic facts are he was actively workijng with the NA before xiden decided to weaponize his DOJ to raid trumps house and then charge him after he announced he was running
The court subpoena is EXTREMELY relevant to the charges of obstruction of justice. That’s the dumbest thing you’ve posted yet.

He obstructed justice by refusing to comply and keeping documents in violation of the court subpoena that he was legally required to comply with. He was told that if he didn’t comply he would be breaking the law.

But you don’t want to know if the subpoena existed because you have no argument once you admit it did.

The courts have yet to say whether the transcript is covered by executive privilege. Until then, your opinion is meaningless.

Trump’s documents aren’t covered by executive privilege and he refused to turn them over. That’s a problem for him. You don’t want to talk about it because you don’t have any excuses for it.
The courts never got a chance to weigh in on trump’s subpena since the xiden DOJ took the unprecedented step of simply raiding his home with armed swat

Since Trump never challenged the subpoena in court, there was no ruling on it.

That’s not the DoJ’s fault. Trump didn’t file the lawsuit.

Tater’s testimony doesn’t qualify as “internal deliberations and advice” between the President and advisors.

Not really. People are allowed to disagree, if this was a real case then they would of gone to the court and argued over the material. Since it isn’t, and a Polltical prosecution the demafasict raided trump’s home with a swat team

Then waited til he announced he was running to charge him.

It would of been the party saying not everything was turned overs duty to bring it to court., not trumps, who believed he complied

Trump believed he complied? He’s certainly welcome to make that argument, but since there were still hundreds of documents that should have been turned over, it’s going to be challenging.

Hell, some of those documents were in his desk! I guess he just forgot to look there?

Oh, and the testimony that he went through all his boxes before the subpoena date?

Good luck.

The party who said not everything was turned over, the DoJ, did go to court. They went to court to get a search warrant which is the logical next step when you have evidence that someone is hiding something in violation of a subpoena.

People are not allowed to obstruct justice. They went to the court and said Trump is hiding documents in violation of a subpoena and got a search warrant.

And here we are. Willful retention of classified materials. Obstruction of justice. Witness tampering. Conspiracy.

Again, not sure how he’s going to claim he thought he complied when they found documents in his own office that he refused to allow his own lawyers to search.

How is he going to make that argument?

Yes, and he would of made that argument in court, had the xiden admin not taken the unprecedented step of weaponizing the DOJ and raided his house

That sounds like something the DOJ could have argued if they had taken it to court but they didn’t

They did take it to court. That’s what the indictment is for.

Trump is allowed to present his defense at trial.
