I probably shouldn't even type this, but YOU HAVE TO ADMIT that Donald Trump is good at getting things built. His projects not only get built, but they are usually on time and under budget. And where he comes from, that is an astounding reputation to have.

I know; I have worked there in the construction business. It is a giant cluster-freak from beginning to end.
