Trump inks EU trade deal. His tariff strategy is working as planned.

All the bedwetting about rampant inflation and supply chain disruptions were lies.

More Trump winning for America, more losing for the Democrats party.

The woman that he's dealing with looks like the cat that ate the canary. It looks like he totally took advantage of her LOL. Trump is going to save us all whether you like it or not.

*** I was wrong about American employers having to pay 15.00% more.

It's 13.73%, see post 44. They were already paying 1.47%.

Tough shit for them, I guess.
What about your 30% claim, Simp? :auiqs.jpg:

Already done, you are just so stupid you don’t know 15 + 15 = 30.
‘Must suck to be so dumb.

Poor little guy's coping hard.

His most feared political nightmare is coming true.

A successful Trump, and a happy America.

He can't stand it.

Manufacturing in the US is not subject to tariffs.
There is a 15 percent tariff on things coming here. That includes parts and supplies. That will raise prices on things made in America.

This is a framework of a deal.

You're saying the other country pays tariffs on imports coming into America?

Is that what you're saying?
They pay imports into America, and we pay imports into Europe. At 15% each, it offsets.

Are you really this illiterate?

I've already gone on record as saying it is a push.

However, many closed aspects of EU's markets were opened under this—namely, Energy exports to the EU.

But all of Trump's tariffs are designed to bring the manufacturing process to the US, where no employer will ever pay a tariff.

Now, taxes on corporations are a fapping talking point for the left. Yet, they never discuss how the business won't pass the taxes on to the consumers.

The left's hypocrisy, always on display, manifests itself in this kind of abject stupidity.

Now, excuse me, I'd rather talk with someone far more educated than you.

Yep, just like you predicted prices would be way up by now and the stock market would have crashed as we entered recession.

You said this back in April.

You think we all just magically forgot?

I know being a Democrat these days requires brainwash of the highest order, but none of us are biting - bud.

Please see post 66.

I appreciate the insults, they make this even sweeter.

The huge trade deal Trump inked with Japan last week forced the EU to come to it’s senses, Simp.

Next?
I don't really see any changes. EU tariffs on American goods have been basically zero since they suspended the retaliatory tariffs after tRump was kicked out the first time and they've always bought billions and billions worth of American energy. The main change is that we will now be paying 15% more for European goods.

And we. the American Consumer, will pay that. Not the EU exporters.

And then tRump will give it to billionaires who don't need it.

Yay, what a huge victory for us.

much rejoicing.gif

Read through the thread.

Pretty amazing.

Not surprising, of course, but amazing.

...and a 15% tariff on things going to the EU. Why do you people only read what you want to read?

If the manufacturing comes to the US, and we use US provided supplies, no tariffs will be paid.

The whole point is to drive our economy based on making things. Not importing them.

We sell widgets to the EU at whatever the EU tariffs were and end up paying that while the EU is free to ship their products, tariff free, into the US.

Not even close to fair or even free.

Now it will change for the better.

However, like the other leftist clown, I'd rather go speak to someone educated on this and you clowns on the left are not educated in much more than, "Mommy, can I have that?"

Um, no. The importers pay the tariffs. That means we pay 15% more for good from the EU. And we don't pay it to the EU, we pay it to the American Government.

And tRump will give it to billionaires who don't need it.

Where is all the rampant inflation your Cult has been bleating about, Simp?
