Trump goes after Sessions over GOP congressmen indictments

I thought that Trump was going to drain the swamp ?
Perhaps he wasnt thinking of all his friends who seem to comprise the swamp.

His behaviour should not shock any more but he continues to hit new lows every time he opens his mouth.

Trump is the "swamp" if you buy into there being one; Twelve Billion to his constituents then freezes the pay of the federal workers. Precisely the pork that his supporters cry about

Stupid leftists in this thread don't get it. We're not upset at Sessions for prosecuting certain people, we're upset at him for NOT prosecuting certain people. People against whom there is solid evidence. What is Sessions afraid of?

Can someone tell the orange in chief, that the DOJ doesnt belong to his organisation ?
They are there to protect the rule of law and not be a remote control for his cravings.
When did you tell Obama that?

Open a thread about Obama and I will answer your question.
You care to tell us what you think about the orange interfering with the DOJ duties ?

What "$12 billion" are you referring to? Trump has 63 million constituents. Why shouldn't they get a pay increase before a bunch of lazy worthless government parasites?

Not having enough evidence (or any in most cases) and looking as stupid as you.

Plenty of evidence and you know it, useful idiot. Or in your case, 'useless idiot'.

Can't wait for the day when the little bitch named Sessions gets fired ...

Republicans should be held accountable for their actions Their being the majority does not exempt them. Ben Sasse was 100% right with his statement.

"The United States is not some banana republic with a two-tiered system of justice - one for the majority party and one for the minority party," Sasse responded in a statement.

"These two men have been charged with crimes because of evidence, not because of who the President was when the investigations began," he continued.

Republican senator slams Trump's DOJ attack: US 'not some banana republic'

"Instead of commenting on ongoing investigations and prosecutions, the job of the President of the United States is to defend the Constitution and protect the impartial administration of justice."

If he tries to fire Sessions then he should be impeached and then jailed for his criminal activity.

All these Trumpers mad because the DOJ is prosecuting thieves and crooked politicians because that slime backed Trump. This is what you call priceless corruption.

Obviously, Trump and his minions believe they are above the law. The rule of law is means nothing to Trumpists.
what law is trump breaking?

he can fire Sessions if he wants, it's not against the law

Go ahead. Fire Sessions and kick your re-election goodbye. Voters will not stand for this.

You are upset because Sessions refuses to use the DOJ to go after Trump's political enemies against whom there is no solid evidence.

It could be against the law if he does it as a attempt to obstruct justice. All Mueller would have to do is put him under oath.

what law is trump breaking?

Start with obstruction of justice. Malfeasance in office.

And you disagree with Mr Sasse - WHY?

Republican Sen. Ben Sasse, of Nebraska, also reacted to the tweet, saying, "The United States is not some banana republic with a two-tiered system of justice -- one for the majority party and one for the minority party. These two men have been charged with crimes because of evidence, not because of who the President was when the investigations began. I really doubt most voters care about Sessions getting fired or not except for Trump supporters that is. He's branded "an enemy of the people" and they instantly despise whomever they're told to despise like good little sheep. What voters would care about is when his replacement dismisses the special counsel so that won't happen before the mid-terms.
