Trump blinks

And yet you have no actual clue on why they won't work, just your TDS telling you "If Trump like it's, the hive mind doesn't so I don't. "

i look at his administration. that's all i need. that & from the 1st time around.

you are in so deep, you are probably as orange as donny.

lol ! it's up over 600 points so far today .. are you surprised that the day after a 3000 point gain the market corrected a little yesterday ? you dont know much about the market ..
But, weren't you spoonfed the idea that the market doesn't matter by Trump's goon squad & his Fox News asslickers?

lol ! you're really having an emotionally difficult time aren't ya .. you're not alone ! millions of your leftist comrades are absolutely freaking out ! relax .. the US will get better trade agreements and we will all be better off because of it ..

Here's how they see things:

If you don't fully sign on with the WAY Trump is addressing a problem, that means you don't WANT the problem to be addressed AT ALL.

This is childlike thinking, but that's where things are.
countries are lining up to cut a deal that's more fair for the US ..and you and your fellow leftists are enraged ! if Trump succeeds he will go on Mnt Rushmore and your party will be crippled ..

Because the Dear Leader says so, right? Ya jus' gotta bleeeeve! :auiqs.jpg:

so no countries are gonna make a deal with the Trump admin eh ?? its going to be a very triggering few months for you ..
Keep bleeeeevin! If it makes you feel better.

Most of his policy positions agree with my policy positions.
And that is the problem, these so called tolerant idiots have no place for other views. That is why tolerance is a lie! They use it to silence any dissent to their position. They are an absolute joke, and yes part of a hive mind.

I'm going to have to go through your post a few times.

Republicans say unions are why jobs went to China. In other words, uneducated blue collar workers making too much.

That was one of the arguments used by FREE TRADERS back in the 70s and 80s. It seemed valid at the time. Unions were loud and aggressive in their demands and some of them seemed unreasonable.

Putting the blame on unfair trade by our trading partners is an implicit admission that it was NOT the unions fault. This point has not really been addressed in public debate, but it should be. The BASIS for the gop opposition to unions has been debunked, inside gop ideological thinking.

So you want to bring jobs back home. Great. First of all, they'll be automated. The jobs that will come for those automated factories will hire educated Americans. Robot operators. I still want these plants to move back, but it's not going to help uneducated blue collar workers. First, they already have jobs. 2nd, those jobs coming back will be done by robots.

1. Not all the jobs will be "educated".

2. I want the "educated" jobs too.

The overall impact will be to the GOOD, for AMERICAN WORKERS.

So what do we see inside America. Take China and Mexico and Canada out of the equation. How do American companies treat uneducated blue collar workers in America? I mean jobs that can't go overseas. They have to be done by someone HERE. So what did companies do? They hired illegals.

And legals. Correct. US business schools have been teaching our management class that the way to make money is to exploit their workers. And it seems, that is it. That seems to be their only tool, from what I have seen. At least the only one that they WANT to use. They have gotten insanely fat and lazy over the decades of having policy crafted to serve them.

And what we saw under Biden was unions went on strike and WON! They got their employers to give them raises. Now that's how it's done. Healthcare, UAW, Dock Workers, Writers, the list goes on and on. None of you seem to give unions credit for this. THEY have MAGA for those uneducated blue collar workers.

I have not heard much of this. But I am open to hearing it. I hope that unions will take advantage of the factors that MAGA is doing to give more leverage to workers.

I also hope that unions will focus on thier memebers and NOT on "the message" or "the narrative" of the Left.

I can't wait for the 2028 UAW strike when Trump does not support the workers.

This is how I know Trump doesn't really want to help uneducated blue collar workers. If he doesn't understand the value of unions, he's an idiot. Or he's fooling you.

Unions are not the only answer, or the only way. If you really want to support unions as an idea, the best way to do it would be to AVOID making it a YOU vs MAGA issue and just advance the idea on it's MERITS, rather than using it as a club to attack your enemies.

What is your goal here, to use this issue to attack Trump and MAGA, or to see workers win?

It's funny his plan to MAGA for you idiots is to start a trade war. Is that really the way to go about it?

I think so. The value of the massive trade surplues to our trading partners is such that they are not going to give them up willing.

Why are we fighting you on this??? Because it's wrongheaded, stupid, and it won't fix anything.

So, you disagree with us on policy? What a shock. I did not realize that. This is the first I have...wait, no, it's not.

You people reflexively disagree with us. So, this portion of your post is completely useless.

Why has the rest of the first been able to adapt to global trade without destroying their working or middle class, and transferring all of their national wealth to billionaires????

Well, from what I hear, from the UK, and from South Korea, they really HAVEN'T either. The problems of globalization seems to be...global.

BUT, I think it has hit us harder, because we are the worst for trade policy, and thus teh money is mostly flowing from us to them.

So.... yeah.

We spend money on the things that matter most to us. The USA spends money on the military, and the wealthy. Working people are living in the "land of opportunity" and must "pull themselves up by their bootstraps".

The point of the military is a valid one. But, it is needed expense. Our allies are able to not spend money there, because they have US to take that load for them.

Trump has been putting pressure on them to spend more to carry their share of the load more fairly.

As for the wealthy, the policies that have lead to wage stagnation are the ones you are fighting to KEEP.

Children of alumni move to the head of the line for elite universities, but "affirmative action" to ensure others have a fair shot to get in, are "unconstitutional and illegal".

Note that you pick out a limited example that effects ELITE UNIVERSITIES, and comparing it to something that is nearly UNIVERSAL across our society and economy.

So, yes, AA, or DEI, is the problem. It is ******* THE SHIT out of white (males). And we are done taking that hit.

I mean, we are really, really done with that. It is a massive violation of our rights and hurts us as a group badly.

The rest of the world spent money on retraining displaced production workers for jobs in the 21st Century. We didn't have a "Rust Belt". We spent money on infrastructure, education, and research, and working toward green energy.

We spent money on retraining too. ANd then the jobs went overseas or to illegals or HB1 visa holders.

So, that fucked US good. Green energy? LOL!!!!

The USA spent money on 30 years of war in the Middle East and Afghanistan. Flying into space, and dealing with massive climate change disasters.

1. You think we should have allowed the taliban to protect Osama? LOL

2. You think we should have allowed Saddam to conquer Kuwait?

Now you have a 6 times bankrupt, convicted felon running your nation. Nobody in the rest of the world thinks he knows anything about running economics, running a successful business, or honouring any agreements he makes.

The shame of the lawfare the dems did, is a shame on America. But at least we the people did not play along with the... oppression of the dems and allow them to arrest their political opposition.

NOte, in AMERICA, when want a be dictators try shit like that, THEY LOSE.

You should really try to learn from US.

Not every company needs to be unionized. Small business’ no. Back when 35% of america was unionized, it brought up everyone’s wages. Non union places had to pay close to union wages.

I hope unions don’t protect lazy bad workers like they used to back in the 2000s.

My goal is to fix the middle class. So anyone with half a brain can find work that allows them to pay rent, save, buy a car, insurances, bills and be able to retire at 67 WITH Medicare.

I think we are overpopulated so I hope everyone has less kids. Not just for the planet but also because automation is coming. Have one kid if you must. Two if you can afford it. But I wouldn’t have a kid today without raising them to either get a skilled trade or college degree. Or start a business if that’s the kind of kid he is.

Which means a whole ton of Americans should probably not have kids.

I notice most republicans I know are ok with immigrants as long as it’s legal. So wages for uneducated blue collar are never going back to what it once was without unions. Those workers have no power other than collectively.

Billiejeens says educated blue collar workers need to go to school. This is the republicans I’m talking about. Ultimately, they don’t want to pay uneducated blue collar workers more they want to pay them less.

Their solution is get smarter, or lucky starting your own business,

They aren’t interested in paying them more. They fight them organizing. They don’t pay more even though they need help. And if wages go up it causes inflation so they raise interest rates on purpose to slow growth.

It’s all manufactured. And our current system is out of wack.

Did you see how much this generation is set to inherit? Trillions of dollars. But the super rich skew that number. They’re getting most of us.

Our founders warned us about the small few getting so rich they can take over the whole thing. It’s happening.

I saw an article from yesterday that reports Apple's Smartphones from China and other tech products are now exempt from tariffs.

“The U.S. tech industry has a loud voice and despite initial strong pushback against exemptions within the White House the reality of the situation was finally recognized,” Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives wrote Saturday.

The new information from U.S. Customs and Border Protection mentions several product codes for items exempt from the April 2 tariffs. These include smartphones, laptops, integrated circuits, transistors, semiconductor storage devices and machines for making semiconductors.
