We have naval and air superiority to a level that we are virtually untouchable.

A president can't declare war but the War Powers Act provides Trump plenty of opportunity (up to 90 days) for use of the military. I hope it doesn't come to that but one thing I'm more hopeful of, Trump has no use for extending any stay to conduct the nonsensical neo-cons' nation building.
