I do understand the different perspectives between Oneness Pentecostal and Trinity, but where we stand together is One God, who is beyond understanding. The Bible presents One God as Creator, as Word, as Loving Communication and Purveyor of Truth between Father and Son. In other words, God is beyond how we define a human, but the Bible and therefore the Church take a stab at furthering our understanding of this difference of the enormity of God.

The fact that you think the Trinity is a relationship to be entered says a lot. Trinity is more accurately an adjective of God, not a noun. Do you know God (i.e. Father Creator); do you hear God (i.e. God's Word); do you pray/communicate/pray with God (accomplished via God's Holy Spirit)? The relationship is with God, his power is such his word is living, and so is his love.

Think about this. Do human words take on life of their own? Does human love for another person take on a life of its own? That is the power/strength of our God, his Word, his love/truth.

You added a comma where their isn't one, and skewed the verse. It is why God told us not to add to or take away from His word.

So, does this mean we are "one" with the father too? If so, "one" refers to purpose, not the same personage. Thus, when Jesus says he is one with the Father, that doesn't mean Jesus is Father in Heaven. The trinity thinking that there are 3 in one is silly and priestcraft like.
Now, to your question, why would true believers with faith in Christ think the Holy Ghost isn't important and ignored? He is the "AT&T" connection to the Godhead. He communicates back to us the answers to our question whether yes or no. If given to us with proper authority, the HG lives with us consistently 24 hours a day.

No they don't. They pray to the Father in the name of the Son. The communication conduit is the Holy Ghost. I've never heard a Christian pray to the Holy Ghost. Jesus taught us to only pray to the Father and do it in the name of the Son, himself. The Baptismal ordinance prayer isn't a personal prayer. It's part of the ordinance and must be done properly without mistakes. When I baptize I take the person's right wrist with my left hand and he grabs my left wrist with his left hand. I raise my right arm to the square and say, "Having been commissioned by Jesus Christ, I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, amen. Then I put my right hand in the small of the back of the person and begin to put them into the water. To help, we teach the person to bend their knees and to hold their nose with their right fingers and hold their breath. The trinity is a relationship to be entered into. If you think the Holy Spirit is guiding you into fighting with others, I think you must be lying to yourself. Jesus said brush the dust off of your sandals and move on. He didn't say force others to believe.
