Tom Homan spills the beans.

Let's see.

Pardoning Hunter was absolutely wrong.

Opinion?
I'm torn on that one. Specifically because he was only prosecuted due to being Joe's kid. Clearly it was a terrible look after Joe said he wouldn't do it. But they were non-violent crimes resulting in no harm to anyone..........and the taxes were paid plus the penalty.

Your thoughts?

Did you or can you condemn this pardon?

Sholom Rubashkin - Wikipedia

Ive never heard of the guy. I normally don't pay attention to the hundreds of sentences that are pardoned during presidencies. However, I had no disagreement with biden pardoning his son. His son didn't kill anyone. So, I probably agree with letting this guy go that you mentioned. Just murderers.

He broke the law but didn't kill anyone.

On December 22, the White House announced that President Trump had granted a full pardon to four men convicted in the murder of seventeen Iraqi civilians in 2007.

He was prosecuted because HE BROKE THE LAW. There is nothing to be torn over.

Hunter Biden's sentencing on federal firearms charges delayed until December
I'm not disputing the fact he broke the law. But I'm sure I'm not the first one to point out the gun crime is rarely prosecuted. When you add Hunter's drug addled state to the equation it becomes pretty clear it was a politically motivated prosecution. Not due to the nature of the crime but due to who Hunter's dad is.

The moonbats figured out what "dismissed without prejudice" means....

Sure he does.............

Emil Bove, the #2 at the DoJ, went to a great deal of trouble denying anything untoward about the arrangement made with Mayor Eric Adams to drop the charges against him for wire fraud and bribery. Charges on which he had been indicted and for which a trial was pending in the spring.

Then Tom Homan, trump's immigration czar, went on TV and blew Emil's cover.

Homan: If Adams doesn’t ‘come through, I’ll be back in New York City’

Tom Homan, the border czar tasked with overseeing President Trump’s mass deportation plan, issued a stark warning to New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) on Friday if he doesn’t “come through” on enforcing immigration policies.

Homan and Adams made a joint appearance on Fox News’s “Fox & Friends,” after Adams agreed to allow federal immigration officials to operate at Rikers Island — a decision signaling a change in the Big Apple’s sanctuary city policies. The duo also vowed to work together to solve New York’s “migrant problem.”

“If he doesn’t come through, I’ll be back in New York City, and we will be sitting on the couch,” Homan told the Fox News panel, referring to the embattled mayor. “I’ll be in his office saying, ‘Where the hell is the agreement we came to? We’re going to deliver for the safety of the people of this city.'”

Agreement? Oh, he must have been talking about the agreement Hagan Scotten referred to in his resignation letter.

No system of ordered liberty can allow the Government to use the carrot of dismissing charges, or the stick of threatening to bring them again, to induce an elected official to support its policy objectives.

Yup, that's the one alright. The agreement that lead to 7 DoJ officials to resign.

In his letter to Danielle Sassoon demanding she drop the charges against Adams, Emil made no mention of prosecutorial misconduct or a lack of evidence against Adams to secure a guilty verdict. Because he knew neither were the case. The subtext of the letter stated, "the boss has coerced Adams in to doing his bidding in NYC on immigrants so let him go.........even though he's guilty."

Some have drawn parallels between this incident and the Watergate era Saturday Night Massacre. But there's a distinct difference. When Nixon ordered the Special Prosecutor investigating his case to be fired it was top level officials in the DoJ who told him to stuff it. This time around top level officials like Bove and Bondi have supplanted fidelity to their oath of office with any damn thing they are told to do by their boss. Someone with an intimate familiarity with breaking the law.
Great news that sanctuary status is ending. Keep the ball rolling!

He broke the law. Others have been convicted. Democrats go on and on and on about the illegal ownership of guns. The pardon was wrong and corrupt as all get out.

Now the Democrats have no soap box to stand on to condemn Trump.
