This is the kind of thing you see in police states.

1. He didn't go after law enforcement
2, he was attacked and defended himself.

Not the same thing.

Hell, was he even "protesting"?

He went there to protect property from a looting and burning mob.

That's not really a "protest".

More than 80 Minnesotans detail use-of-force, intimidation by ICE agents in lawsuit

In a new court filing, dozens of Minnesotans are sharing their experiences of violent interactions with ICE agents during the surge.

A class-action lawsuit by the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota added sworn declarations from more than 80 observers or protesters who allege First Amendment violations.

The eye-witness accounts were filed in federal court on Friday. It alleges instances of federal immigration agents indiscriminately using chemical irritants, less-lethal munitions or physical force against protesters or observers documenting ICE actions. Several people also said they were intimidated by federal agents that they were following when the agents led them to their own homes, or knew other personal information.

ACLU of Minnesota says its collected more than 700 reports of constitutional violations, with 200 of those in the last two weeks.

“We're going to continue to collect these instances and collect reports of ICE misconduct and ICE constitutional violations, as long as the agents are in the state,” said ACLU of MN policy counsel John Boehler.

The initial lawsuit was filed on behalf of six Minnesotans who said they were detained or threatened by federal agents while lawfully observing ICE operations. Five more people have been added, including The NewsGuild-CWA, the largest labor union representing journalists and media professionals and independent news outlet Status Coup News.

Perhaps it's time to acknowledge the many abuses of ICE.

1. Are you dropping your nonsense about Rittenhouse "protesting"?

2. Your side has made a standard practice of lying about such things. You have no crediblity.

3. This is a period of social unrest that your side has created with your RESIST. That violence and conflict is part of that, is what you choose. Crying like a little girl, now, is pathetic and disgusting.

He brought a gun to a riot.
An illegally purchased gun.
And he didn't bring the gun for self protection.

Dec 6, 2025 — So far this year, the Trump administration has dismissed at least 98 of the approximately 700 immigration judges who were on the bench, according to the National Association of Immigration Judges, an organization that advocates for independent immigration courts.

Dozens more have retired or resigned. The diminishing headcount and mounting backlog of cases is fueling further disorder at immigration courts already roiled by masked federal agents detaining migrants and reduced pathways to legal status.
Are you that stupid? Rhetorical.
See above, RETARD.
