Tom Homan spills the beans.

Remember........

No system of ordered liberty can allow the Government to use the carrot of dismissing charges, or the stick of threatening to bring them again, to induce an elected official to support its policy objectives.

Claims that this is just routine plea bargaining in return for cooperation is disingenuous and belies the facts. Something you folks are expert at.

It's nothing like the same thing. Quid pro quo arrangements are illegal.
No they arent

But odds are that the mayor cant deliver on his end of the deal

I heard it was a billion.
It’s at least 50 million plus their spawn.
Look at ANY community, city, state or nation…What happens when the Caucasian population is below or drops below 75%? I’m not making this up…the scary data is all around you you just have to have the courage to see it…If you cared about what was best for you and your future you dark people would be BEGGING whitey to run baby factories around the clock while we export 100 million parasites from our south. That’s the only way to restore America back to its glory.

We’ve always known what, “without prejudice” means. Those are the screws that Trumper is going to use to tighten on Adam’s if he doesn’t toe the line. If iTunes isn’t a good boy, the charges come back real fast.

I fully expect Governor Hochul to remove items from the office for having signed this agreement. Adams cannot violate the laws of the state of New York, no matter what Trump thinks of them.
Tough shit...Suck on it.

You should do some reading on Lawrence Kohlberg's work on the stages of moral development. Yours needs some help.

For libs like berg80 and others this is such bad news because it means hundreds and possibly thousands of criminal aliens in New York will be deported

No they arent
They aren't inherently illegal but it is in this case.

During the Fox & Friends interview on Friday, Adams rejected allegations of a quid pro quo, calling them "silly."

"Think about my attorney, Alex Spiro, one of the top trial attorneys in the country. Imagine him going inside saying that 'the only way Mayor Adams is going to assist in immigration, which I was calling for since 2022, is if you drop the charges.' That's quid pro quo. That's a crime," he said.

Making silly assertions what I believe, something you know little about, doesn't change anything about the illegal nature of the agreement made with Adams.

I know you are cheering against arresting illegal alien criminals

Susan Simpson, a Washington, D.C.-based attorney, on X: "We're not even a month in yet, and the Trump Administration is openly prosecuting people based on whether or not they grant political favors to the president."

The mayor is cooperating with ICE for the benefit of New York citizens

You forgot the part about having the criminal charges against him dropped without prejudice so the trump admin can hang the sword of Damocles over his head if he isn't sufficiently obedient to what the Orange Insurrectionist wants.

Yeah that too

Innocent citizens in New York should be greatful

This is silly.

I can't understand why some folks, after seeing the excesses of the deep state for the past ten years, can't understand, when the establishment has a political enemy, they create a trap.

Is it wrong for the establishment to prosecute those who fell for their traps? I can't say.
. . . is it wrong to then dismiss those artificially orchestrated legal traps?

But the majority of Americans have spoken, they are sick of a weaponized legal system trying to accomplish essentially the same damn goals, as that Epstein honey pot operation.

Mike Benz revealed that only AFTER politicians refused to cooperate with the agenda, did the deep state go after them. It is, unfortunately, an all too common occurrence in this day and age.
