President Trump can have HIS USAG re-open the case, assigning a non-partisan prosecutor review the case...which would result in her indictment.

Obama will Pardon Hillary because if he lets her 'burn' the 'stain' is on his 'legacy' because she was his Sect of State.

Personally, I would love to see justice done by her being deservedly convicted.

If no Barry pardon, perhaps PRESIDENT Trump may show her mercy.

Here's his dilemma. If he pardons her, it'll tarnish his legacy but if he doesn't, she'll most likely go to prison (along with many of Obama's friends and maybe even him). Will he do it, just in case? Or will he take the chance that Trump won't keep his promise? Trump's acceptance speech seemed to indicate he won't go after her criminally.

1. Barry / the DNC / Liberals / Hillary have all said there is no need for a Pardon, she doesn't need one. If he pardons her that is an admission that YES, yes she did do something illegal and DOES need a pardon.

2. Yes, pardoning her will tarnish his 'Legacy'...but let's be real - she has already tarnished his 'Legacy'. Does he Pardon her, thereby tarnishing his 'Legacy' a little more or NOT Pardon her and risk her being convicted and tarnishing his 'Legacy' a lot more any farther?

3. It is no secret there is no love lost between the Obamas and Clintons. With his legacy gone and just about everything he accomplished about to be undone thanks to her loss, does he toss her 'to the wolves'?

BTW, Trump promised not to 'go after her', but I have little doubt that if the FBI comes to him with enough evidence to indict her for the on-going investigation of the Clinton Foundation that he will let it proceed.

You seem to be forgetting that Obama will be powerless after January, and he won't be able to order his FBI director and DOJ to ignore her crimes. Trump damn well CAN go after her and there's plenty of evidence to indict.

You have no idea how the law works. It doesnt work by somebody stamping their foot up and down. As I said, Comey has tenure. They cant get rid of him.

'Tenure'?

That might save PROFESSOR Comey, but PRESIDENT Trump can oust the current Director of the FBI due to a lack of confidence in him. Even the Democrats villainized him and declared he was working for the Russians.

Comey is (should be) GONE!
