Here's his dilemma. If he pardons her, it'll tarnish his legacy but if he doesn't, she'll most likely go to prison (along with many of Obama's friends and maybe even him). Will he do it, just in case? Or will he take the chance that Trump won't keep his promise? Trump's acceptance speech seemed to indicate he won't go after her criminally.

It doesn't matter what Comey said, he's gonna be replaced. He's proven himself to be corrupt.
He's got tenure. And you know what, if you really want to open up that can of worms with Clinton, there'll be literally hundreds of GoP pollies running for cover...

That aside, they had nothing. Nothing. So you can go into your little vindictive world and put on your tinfoil hat, but at the end of the day, nothing happened that was illegal.

You seem to be forgetting that Obama will be powerless after January, and he won't be able to order his FBI director and DOJ to ignore her crimes. Trump damn well CAN go after her and there's plenty of evidence to indict.

You have no idea how the law works. It doesnt work by somebody stamping their foot up and down. As I said, Comey has tenure. They cant get rid of him.

The House and Senate would go after her not the President.
And if the DOJ and FBI go after her would Trump run blocker?
That would make him no better than Obama. That b#tch is on her own.

The DOJ can overrule Comey as they ARE his boss. And Rudy would BURY her.

The House and Senate already want to go after her. Trey Gowdy is rubbing his hands together as we speak.

And she'll throw Hillary under the bus in a heartbeat to avoid going to jail herself.

The rats are already deserting the ship.....
Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin reportedly hasn't ruled out switching parties in a tied Senate

Losing yet ANOTHER senate seat?

Barry has no choice but to pardon the bitch. If he doesn't her future is the slammer for how she mishandled, and lied about, sensitive government material.
I don't think he cares about her, I think he cares about her implementing HIM.
