This One is Not Going to Work

14th Amendment for one. Day to day functioning of the government in general.
Nothing in the Constitution therefore it can be left to the States. We have "State" birds, flowers, trees, etc. Why not an official State language. I'm betting on English for most.

An "official" language doesn't mean that everyone is compelled to speak it. It's mainly symbolic as another noted.

We should not be forced to teach in Spanish or other languages because people can't speak in English.
.

I agree with this, as a person who is willingly preparing to teach English to a monastery full of Spanish speaking nuns. They are very eager and grateful learners! And they teach me as much Spanish as I teach them English.

They are very happily assimilating!

Leftists are extremists. These official language movements are cost saving for government in the regard that they don't have to print official materials in 180 different languages when the vast majority speak English. English is the defacto language of business in the US and world wide. I commend anyone that is multilingual, but the fact of the matter is every country has an official language whether they legislate it or not. LOL, one exception is Canada where they have two. English and French. In that country, federal road signs have to be printed in both languages. I laughed til my sides hurt when a saw a sign in Alberta that said "Lake Louise" above a line that had "Louise Lake" printed under it. Ridiculous waste of money.

Yes, appalling, spending people's money on the people, no danger of that travesty happening here with trump.

So Spanish language teachers are being forced to teach Spanish? that's terrible man.
You are an idiot. We are being forced to provide Spanish speaking teachers into teaching Math, sciences, and every course there is to people who don't understand English.

How many foreign countries do you plan to immigrate to?

Yes you should learn the language of any foreign country you immigrate to
What is meant here by "learn the language"? To what extent? In all domains? In what time frame? By what measure?
