This is why there’s been so much extreme rainfall and flooding in the U.S.

I thought you wanted carbon-free energy to reduce all our carbon-footprints?

I guess you really don't.
Carbon free would be a great long term goal. Perhaps you are thinking of what your straw man might expect because I don't know anybody that expects that to be accomplished any time soon. We can certainly work toward that goal though.

For what reason?

Why don't you organize a "Million MORON March" on DC about this issue???

You are certainly entitled to your opinion. Some like minded cult members might even agree with you.
It doesn’t matter to me who agrees or disagrees. It only matters what is true. I have the same carbon footprint of the average American. Given what I know, I believe we are better off with more atmospheric CO2, so there is nothing hypocritical with my consumption. You cannot say the same.

Why do you want the planet to be colder in the middle of an ice age?

Not sure how it is hypocritical to want less pollution.

I never really thought of it in that way. I suppose supporting development of ways to reduce the carbon footprint for everyone does make me better than those who don't care, doesn't it?
OMGosh.....better than....????

Still adding to your problem.

When are you selling it and getting a bike? Of course you'll exhaust more CO2 riding it.
My nephew wants to change the oil and plugs, and drain all that old gas out of it and polish it to make it all shiny for me again. He thinks he's being sneaky. I probably won't have to sell it.

No idea. Waste that will be dangerous for hundreds of years is a concern.

Not a science problem but a political problem which is why it is still a problem.

France has solved the waste problem by simply reusing the waste to make more fuel rods thus reducing the waste over time.

Dixy Lee Ray pointed this out 50 years ago that is how long ago we knew how to greatly reduce waste and to reduce its radioactivity.
