This Is Not Supposed to be happening in 2021 according to the Far Right.

No one has ever said that individual racism doesn't exist, your obvious hatred of white people is a great example. What people are saying is the claims of systemic racism is complete bullshit, well there is Affirmative Action.
How can the claims be bullshit when the United States of America was founded as a white supremacist country, founded "by white people for themselves and their progeny"? LAWFULLY segregated and relegated black people to 2nd class citizenry, passed a slew of laws making it illegal for black people and white people to mingle, or marry, or for white people to sell their homes to black people in order to keep the white neighborhood whites. Banks wouldn't approve loans for black people in certain neighborhoods in order to keep them restricted to black only neighborhoods. This is called red-lining

Let's see what else did they do and have never atoned for? Originally excluding black people from the social security safety net by excluding entire industries (domestic workers and other laborers) after using racial discriminatory laws to restrict them into the these lower paying professions, there is more than one way to accomplish your goals.

Considering that whites lead the country in property crimes every year...
Can you imagine the African American community with 20% less in numbers and doubling of marriages being a leaner and meaner people with more wealth and resolve and greatness?

And after your cherrypicked comment this was written:

We report evidence on discriminatory behavior from the largest correspondence study conducted to date in the rental housing market. Using more than 25,000 interactions with rental property managers across the 50 largest U.S. cities, the study reveals that African American and Hispanic/ LatinX renters continue to face discriminatory constraints in the majority of U.S. cities although there are important regional differences. Stronger discriminatory constraints on renters of color (particularly African Americans) are also associated with higher levels of residential segregation and larger gaps in intergenerational income mobility. Using matched evidence on the actual rental outcomes at the properties in our experiment, we show that correspondence study measurements of discrimination do indeed predict actual outcomes.

"The present study reports evidence from the largest correspondence experiment conducted to date in the housing market. Using a software bot developed at the National Center for Super computing Applications, the study examines more than 25,428 interactions between property managers and fictitious renters engaged in search on an online rental housing platform, revealing patterns of discrimination encountered in the initial stage of a search."

Racism exists in housing today. That's a fact. I'm sure if the study showd that such discrimination was happening to whites you would not have made such an idiotic comment.
You remember when we posted information that a judge requested as to why there were more black people in jail and who kept showing up in his courthouse? I think they recruiter some students from Harvard to do the research but whoever they were, they were VERY meticulous about how they arrived at their results, so much so, that they created a document that explained where the data they used came from, how they compiled it, the formulas they used to obtain their numbers and a few other controls that I can't remember right off the top of my head.

They did everything but drop the database on their heads like the house that landed on the wicked witch of the west, yet they still denied what the data PROVED, that racial discrimination against black people still exist because people are still violating the laws against racial and other discrimination.

I used to think the people here were just "closed-minded" shall we say? Now it's obvious that they simply reject facts that are unpalatable to them. They create their own little reality and then occupy that realm.

Yup. There is racism.

No honest person disagrees.

Hell we just ha a lynching in Georgia
A thing like that could be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, and they'd just convince themselves and each other that the killers were FBI or BLM plants.

These people were emboldened after 2016. Imagine what they would be after 2022 and 2024.

Lol! There are laws on the books not to discriminate in housing, but here we see it's happening. So stop pretending that because some words are written on paper that people do what those words say.
If it's happening where are the Court Cases????

Name a current law on the books that is racist. Not past laws that the Democratic Party was responsible for.

This report speaks for itself. But you guys won't read it then you will try to argue.
You’re not going to like it, it’s going to hurt your feelings but as a residential property owner I’m aware of the reality.

I own a number of residential properties in and around Southern California, I know this for fact…..DARK PEOPLE DESTROY RENTAL PROPERTIES, they slow pay on rents and refuse to leave when evicted. Caucasians and Asians take life far more serious, they don’t pull this bullshit.

Owning will help to prevent whining about discrimination. Firstly, housing must be snatched from the tight grip of the Rental Pimp. The pathology of this Pimp must first be exposed everywhere: the tenant is paying the Pimp for the use of space while the Pimp’s structure appreciates in value. Housing will also evolve into smaller units (a la Japanese minimalism), increasing the potential to own.

Fictitious renters? So not one single real person was actually discriminated against. Wow. You two bit race pimps really suck at showing real racism.

According to the report, this type of discrimination happens almost exclusively in places run by people like you. Just as I expected.

Stop voting for people who hate you.

"By limiting the access of certain groups to the beneficial effects of high amenity neighborhoods, discriminatory behavior may contribute to racial inequality through impacts on short-run, long-run and even intergenerational outcomes"

Right. That's the answer!

My friends and I all attended public school in the Bronx. Eric went to MIT and Stanford and developed the first computer chess program my friend Lou is a patent attorney for Google.

It's not the school, it's the parents
