This is how much the big banks WON'T pay in taxes next year thanks to the #GOPTaxScam:

Under your hero obummer, the only people who got bonuses were the wealthy bankers and stock market manipulators

How very "true"....correct?

2012......Obama Signs Bill to Extend Unemployment Benefits - The New York

2014....Obama pushes Congress to extend emergency unemployment benefits

They did not receive any bonuses, they did not receive an increase in pay.

What they received was further encouragement to NOT seek work and continue to depend on taxpayers for their existence.

Sowell-S.jpg

No, moron.....all i'm telling you is that Obama did NOT hand out bonuses for rich people (your orange fuck head sure has)..........Obama was facing a DEPRESSION and took care of the less fortunate and unemployed.....

Of course, petulant former President Barack Hussein Obama handed out bonuses to the rich. Huge bonuses. The gap between middle-income households and the rich grew more under President Obama than any other president.

Where did the money come from? The trillions of dollars the Fed was feeding into the economy. Businesses were being punished if they grew and small businesses were being punished if they even tried to start. The only place to put cash, for it to grow, was the stock market.

So through a circuitous route, the money poured into the economy found its way to the rich who invested it in the only reasonable place, the stock market.

You think those bonuses weren't already planned? No company makes the decision for that size expenditure at the last minute. The bonuses are nothing more than doing what they had already decided to do, but giving Trump credit as a thank you for massive tax breaks

Of course, the bonuses were planned. Those businesses did not get as large as they are by not thinking ahead. President Obama ran on a platform of cutting taxes. After eight years of being punished by the government, sensible businesses kept their powder dry and planned what they would do when the country finally had an administration friendly to business. That time has come and we are in store for a period of massive growth.

Relax, don't let the good news put you into a total depression. After a while, you may even grow to like good news.

Some of these corporations are in negotiations for massive mergers or are being scrutinized by the DOJ for anti-trust matters, so this demonstration of generosity is meant to kiss Trump's ass and curry favor.

Which ones? Your source and link would be kind too.

Obscene is the only word. Let the great unwashed eat their cake crumbs. But only for 8 years,
then the engorged Banks can feed them.

Are these not the very same banks the taxpayers rescued at great risk to OUR Treasury?
Ungrateful fucks.

I have just one question for you. Considering how utterly miserable your life is, do you ever smile, when was the last time you laughed or at least chuckled?

5 years into his awesome leadership, we still needed emergency UE benefits?
Shit, the recession ended in June 2009. He really gave us a weak recovery, didn't he?

The first president in history to not have a single year of growth exceeding 3% during his entire term. That's an anemic recovery.

Hmmm, let's see here. Under your hero obummer, the only people who got bonuses were the wealthy bankers and stock market manipulators. Under trump hundreds of thousands of the rank and file workers are getting bonuses. Who to support......Hmmm...

You think those bonuses weren't already planned? No company makes the decision for that size expenditure at the last minute. The bonuses are nothing more than doing what they had already decided to do, but giving Trump credit as a thank you for massive tax breaks

Who cares if they were planned. Under your hero, the obummer, you were expected to take his measly 40 bucks and say thank you thank you master! Under trump hundreds of thousands of workers are getting bonuses they would have never seen under either your hero, the obummer, or his chosen successor, the shrilary.

It is amazing that you, who claim to care so much about the middle class attack them for getting this very real bonus. And that on TOP of the tax breaks they will be getting. Soooo... you have your hero, the obummers, "here's 40 bucks now piss off" vs the the trumps "here's an extra 1500 bucks that you don't have to pay, and if you work for a whole bunch of companies you get an additional 1000 bucks. Only the brain dead orifice of the progressive is that a worse deal than the 40 bucks that your hero, the obummer, was going to "give" you.

You really are all morons.

What a crock of shit. Do you really think the ones getting the large bonuses are the same ones who got just $40 last few years? You're dumber than I thought if you think the average working man got $1500 more this year than they did last year.

Don't worry, all that tax windfall money will be spent on higher premiums for medical insurance. Now that's MAGA and exactly how to stimulate the economy.

Obammy care premiums were predicted to skyrocket after Obammy left office.

Don't fool yourself these premium increases are by design as Obammy care was just a stepping stone to get what Democrats really want, single payer.

Sounds like in Africa when one person wins, he gives all his supporters the top jobs, lavishes them with money and then stores lots of money in foreign banks for when he gets deposed. They call it corruption in Africa, why can't they say it in the USA?

I just saw how one of the morons was celebrating that the tax rate was the lowest since the 30's. And I'm like "does the imbecile even know that was during the depression".

My favorite was the same imbecile celebrating because he thinks it pisses off "Libs"

Thea trumpscum would destroy the country happily if they thought it would annoy someone to the left of atilla the hun

So you didn't have a problem when some banks who helped cause the economic crisis suddenly got given massive bailouts which they'll never pay back?

Yes, I had a problem with to big too fail. They should have let them crash in 08.

Yes, banks helped in offering loans to people who had no business signing the bottom line

I lay that on the consumer, not the bank.

A better title for the OP's headline is "This is how much money the Banks get back that was never the fucking Governments to start with."
Of course I bet the OP wasn't bitching when Obama was giving taxpayer money funded bailouts away,

Agreed

The consumer is the only one to blame when looking for the root cause of the housing failure. Once one reviewed the Terms and Conditions of the loan, and SIGNED their name to the bottom line ACCEPTING said terms, it's all on the consumer at that point. But many in the country have a problem with personal accountability
