Agree that there is no CRT 101 given in third period to high school sophomores, followed by CRT 201 to juniors. Rather, teachers are directed to incorporate the theory when instructing their students, told to be being mindful that blacks are oppressed and whites are oppressing them via “systemic racism.”

Now, though that prism, you have two kids raising their hand to answer a question - one black, who has been weighed down by oppression, and the other white, who has ”privilege.” Which child gets the opportunity?

Now there is one volunteer spot on the school newspaper - and a black and white kid both wants it? Who gets it?

A black kid’s essay isn’t very good, but remember….he’s been oppressed. Does he get a bump-up in grade to compensate for his “oppression?
