Well for starters Democrats didn't do it GOP did... You can say all day of what Democrats would and wouldn't do but the facts are GOP did it... They set the precedence...

Democrats have the popular vote in all three houses(Note 1) and yet the GOP picked the last three judges... This is highly undemocratic and will lead to unrest... This is effectively taxation with out (proper ) representation.... Democrats would be just correcting the scale so that the Supreme Court would reflect the will of the people more...


PR and DC... They pay taxes... Was US not founded on "No taxation without representation", it is there fundamental right to be able to vote in all levels of government with equal standing with other states... GOP were accused of suppressing citizens right to vote, this was rejected but is this not suppressing a citizens right to vote...
Using the excuse that I don't want those citizens to have there rights because they will not vote in my favour. Is this what USA was founded on?

That's not why they are discussing it, they are trying to find more ways to cheat the system like they always do. It's against the will of the people which is why Biden and Whorris would never answer the question when asked. They knew if they were honest, they'd have no chance at winning the election.

Polls show that Americans are strongly against changing our Supreme Court when it's been like this for over 100 years. There is nothing not democratic about not having a hearing on new justices. The Constitution says it has to pass the Senate for them to get seated. How is it you leftists say, elections have consequences? Besides, it seems to me that this court is more than fair, and have sided with the Democrats on multiple occasions. That's what the court is supposed to do, be unbiased. For crying out loud, we have Benedict Roberts in charge of that court.

It is true. It is the objective reality.
Not a single authority has determined there was fraud. Not a single state official, law enforcement agency, federal prosecutor or judge. Not a single Supreme Court state or federal.
