The last time Cornyn ran the trounced his dem opponent by the largest margin in US history for a sitting Senator. I don't suspect that was due to any particular love for Cornyn.

I'm no fan of Cornyn and I'm not sure about Paxton.
But I know one thing: Talarico is one weird Far Leftist who doesn't represent the majority values of Texas. No matter how the Dems try to make him palatable, his quotes and thoughts can't be totally wiped out. He's a Manchurian Candidate.

If Paxton wins he is under water, and there is a large portion of very motivated antiPaxton voters because the man is an utter pig. If Paxton loses some will vote for Cornyn. Others won't vote. Historically Cornyn has always done well. Also historically, he was noted as one of the most conservative members of the Senate in his voting patterns. As noted I voted for him previously.

So why is Cornyn a RINO?
