Virginia court rules in favor of Democrats in redistricting case

He said 1 not 12.
That is because the democrat population is so low. Idaho is a red state, has been since it's founding.

I asked for purple states where the repubs have eliminated democrat congressional seats.

DURRRRRR

What is the percentage of democrats in the state? I'll give you a hint, it's under 15%

You wanted one example. Meanwhile EvilEyeFleegle said there were 12 such states.
Do you want to go over them one by one, or concede before the pile gets too deep?

No it's not the final word.

There was a different case on the matter heard in oral aguments yesterday at the VA Supreme Court.

There is another different case currently on appeal to stay Judge Hurley's halting certification.

The people of Virginia spoke, and they are trying to supress the vote.

Hell you could say it was a "landslide victory" if you use Trumps definiation. He won 49.8% to 48.3% over Harris and called it a "landslide" and "mandate", the biggest in history. The Ameendment appears to have one 51.68% to 48.32% - a huge landslide using GOP metrics.

If the "election" was actually honest....it was not.
Too many reports that it was rigged....

Meaning that Democrats are not only terrorists but ALWAYS LYING AND CHEATING.

Yeah, that are solidly repub. I wouldn't expect a single repub congress person in a solidly democrat bastion either.

As I said, do you really want to go over the next 10 states, one by one?

Yeah, that are solidly repub. I wouldn't expect a single repub congress person in a solidly democrat bastion either.
What happened to show me 1 state?

Suddenly you admit there would be dozens of such states.

So why ask why?

“This Court knows its role is clear. It is not to assess the wisdom of public policy nor to engage in policy making from the bench,”
Gee, it has never stopped any of the democrats on the supreme court! If fact, they rule in every decision trying to make policy from the bench every time.

“Instead, it is to decide if those with whom we have entrusted power have exercised that power in conformance with their constitutional mandate.”
And any imbecile reading the referendum handed voters as deceptively worded by the democrats would admit that it was deceptively worded in a way to mislead all but the most astute voters to vote yes on it not even really knowing what it was they were really voting for.

They should be made to take the vote over, this time worded to say what the referendum was really about: about throwing control and representation of the state almost completely in democrat's hands essentially disenfranchising most of the state from having any say in their politics.

PURPLE states. You know, where representation is based on percentage of voters.

DURRRRRR

Nice attempt at deflection.

Virginians votes approved the referendum. The Opponents are trying to block the will of the people.

WW
Do you really mean ‘block the will of woke white guilt wackos, purple hair nose-ringers, homos, chicks with dicks, feminazis, barely legal foreigners and bottom feeding degenerates’?
What about all that ‘Representative Republic’ stuff?

It was only a 3% difference, and 50% of Virginians said they were confused by the ballot question (which of course was a lie).

The vote should be invalidated, and a new vote held that reveals - and doesn’t hide - what people are actually voting for.

Your rationale about 2024 explains exactly why the proposed VA voting districts are anti-American.
Trump won by a nearly 40% margin, 312-226.

So you think that is in any way the rule?
Take New York City, which is heavily democratic, but has elected republican mayors, ex: Rudy Giuliani.

Based on percentages, that should have never happened.
