Some of which have even been struck down unanimously by the Supreme Court - astounding since two of the justices (Elana Kagen and Sonja Sotomayor) are extreme left-wing activists appointed by Barack Obama himself. Which begs the obvious questions:

• Why is Barack Obama so astoundingly ignorant of the Constitution? He claimed to be a scholar who taught constitutional law. Why doesn't he use the vast resources at his disposal to have someone teach it to him if he is confused?

• If he does know it - then why is he egregiously ignoring the Constitution and violating the law intentionally?

Uh....yes it is dear. It's clearly spelled out in the U.S. Constitution. It is articulated in Article II sweetie. You might want to pick it up and read it sometime (before commenting)...

Article. II.
Section. 1.
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Section. 2.
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

It could mean that. But in most cases it's due to the progressive political activists that were assigned to pretend to be justices. For instance - Elana Kagen is completely ignorant of the U.S. Constitution. However, while I think Sonia Sotomayor does know the U.S. Constitution - she just ignores it for the political agenda she was assigned for the express purpose of promoting.

Again civic 101. Check and Balances. The Republican controlled Congress refused to act and the President did what he thought was necessary. Some times the courts disagreed and reversed his EO. But the contrarians and foreign agitators whine like he is using some made up dictatorial powers.

Obama knows the Constitution but does not know how the Court will decide a case. The Court has even reversed an earlier Court's decision, so who knows? Why is it so important that the Senate will not even debate Obama's Court appointment? Republicans have changed the Court size to get a favorable decision.
To know the Constitution one must know politics.

See...if what Obama was doing was constitutional then it wouldn't matter how the courts would rule as it would never go to the courts. For instance - if Obama issued an Executive Order instructing the executive branch to be compliant with industry standard cybersecurity best practices, it would never go to court. Obama has the authority to issue Executive Orders to the executive branch for lawful purposes. But when he issues an Executive Order granting amnesty he has egregiously violated the U.S. Constitution and.....guess what? It goes to court.

My compliments on your best efforts to dance around this issue but there is simply no defending the indefensible. Either Obama is ignorant of the constitution or he is blatantly ignoring it. Either one is inexcusable and intolerable.

There are unknowns in the Constitution that is why the Court exists, but even then the Court reverses itself. Do you have any idea of the cases the Supreme Court is asked to handle each term? Of course it takes only a fraction of those cases, but there is confusion about the laws and the Constitution.
