I didn't see the word "communist" mentioned once, and who cares, anyway? The point is that these large corporations knowingly destroyed our environment and not who is suing whom. Like producing energy was ever clean? Of course producing energy creates pollution. We've always known that. But it's the price of having a vibrant successful society.

Capitalists, dating back to before the turn of the 20th century have been devising ways to create monopolies, which are in essence dictatorships. They realized the "President" was a weak person (the office) since they are all answerable to the PEOPLE.
