Obama-backed $2.2B green energy 'boondoggle' leaves taxpayers on the hook

Just to bring it back to the topic, Ivanpah should absolutely be shut down. It was an okay idea when it was built but PV progress has been so rapid it only makes sense to replace it with a different kind of farm.
