RE: The Most Documented Genocide In History
SUBTOPIC: The Final Resolution of Territories

(CRITICAL POINTS)
For the purpose of the current conflict, appears to be to seek out and engage an internationally designated Terrorist organization (
see Ref#2 Below) with the intent to destroy the capacity of the Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) ability to continue its
Complex Coordinated Terrorist Attack (CCA) directed against the citizens of the State of Israel.
I do not like what's going on and I would like for it to stop immediately.
However it's hard for me to ignore the fact that October 7th ignited this.
That doesn't justify the destruction of innocent women and children. Neither did October 7th justify it.
(COMMENT)
War and the associated death of protected persons
when combatants hide among civilians is sad and distasteful under any reasonable man ethnic values.
Israel has no intention of destroying any entity in the "Genocide" Article:
- It was not singling out a "national group" that was not internationally designated as a terrorist entity.
- It was not singling out an "ethnic group" that was not internationally designated as a terrorist entity.
- It was not singling out a "racial group" that was not internationally designated as a terrorist entity.
- It was not singling out a "religious group" that was not internationally designated as a terrorist entity.
In the last century (1924-2024) less than 150,000 Arab-Palestinians have been killed. While that number sounds huge, it is less than 1500 Arab Palestinians killed hiding behind protected persons.
While Israel is not yet 100 years old ( ≈ 76 y/o); and the various Hostile Arab Palestinian (HoAP) organizations are less than 60 y/o, no HoAP organizations have focused on the development of either the West Bank or the Gaza Strip.
Most Respectfully,

2). Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad
On 19 January 2024, the Council established a dedicated framework of restrictive measures that allows the European Union to hold accountable any individual or entity who supports, facilitates or enables violent actions by Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ).
The decision was taken in view of the gravity of the attacks of 7 October 2023 against Israel and aims to prevent such violent actions by Hamas and PIJ in the future.
The new regime complements the restrictive measures previously adopted under the ‘EU terrorist list’.
