The most boring sports

I sucked at little league baseball, so that was out but I always thought I could never stand in the box with a rock coming at you at 100 miles per hour. I would dive out or wait for a change-up and just step in front of a less deadly pitch. Either way I'd get rung up or carried out.
I had a guy that was a good pitcher bean me in the arm for racist reasons,
The game was over right after that because I rushed the mound and was about to clock that mofo with the bat.
Yeah, game was over that day. It was all broke up, but that bad blood never went away.

Maybe better just to say I like the planning and strategy of Football. Hockey is more of a frenetic free-for-all were options change every second and winning is based 50% of slit-second reactions, timing and execution, and 50% luck on the puck not getting deflected off a player or seen and blocked in time by the goalie.

Still, I appreciate the speed, energy, and excitement of hockey, I've seen several games live.
It's a good game. I still think basketball is the purest sport.

Yeah, Colin was one of the greats!
If we are talking motor sports the DTM is really cool

Rolex 24 hour with all the supercars

Audi twin turbo diesel, like 1200 torque and 700hp
and it's just so fast and quiet

Yeah, I always have liked DTM.
not only are the cars cool looking like the older MB and audi but the track is not a big oval over
and over again, we have that here too, the ISMA

turns and hills, strategy at play

oh, need to add I have this base model still to this day, 33 years old
back when cars were blocky, not all curves like today
they all look the same, nobody really stands out anymore
except for certain models, corvette and mustang still have that look

korean cars and japanese......cookie cutter

I had a SAAB 900 turbo, now that looked zero like anything on the road
and it was a hoot to drive, I miss that coupe

mine is glacier silver metallic and it looks sharp

close to this without the red of course, more of a light silver

I had this game, maybe codemasters where I could race all those tracks but
I have no idea what it was called, it was for the PC and without a steering wheel
you could use a controller equal to a PS1 or so but not quite the same

You took your car to the track? so you have a track car or just a mustang or corvette
you wanted to top on in?

Yeah, it was a really great car to race because it was CHEAP! If I bent it, it didn't break the bank fixing it!
My youngest uncle's daughters kid is almost out of HS
and runs demolition derby
I always kinda thought that was dumb actually

take a junkyard beater, fix it up and then beat on it?
talk about a money pit, yeah if you win you win some money
but enough? not sure

Yeah, I never saw the fun in that.

To me the NFL is best on TV, NBA and NHL are best live, and MLB is best on the radio.

Baseball plays at a pace where you can listen on the radio while doing other things and not miss anything.
Indeed NFL live you dont get to see the things you get to see on tv.the other sports listed with the exception of basketball are as much fun to watch LIVE as it is to watch football on tv but watching those others sports on tv is painful to sit through.baseball on the radio is as much a blast as the NFL on tv is.

On the positive side, more parents are keeping their little ones from playing in the pee-wee football leagues as they become educated about CTE. An 8 year olds brain bounces around in their skull just like a professional`s.
You’re right about that.

Actually a lot of that interest has moved over to UFC style matches, and hell, even women are getting more involved in it.
..and street fights have gotten more brutal with no one breaking them up and aping the UFC stuff.
When I was young, we watched stuff like that on "Faces of Death".
