It is time to start factoring in race when judging people, but only to an extent, not to the extreme degree that the left and Democrats do it... but just enough to keep yourself safe. Sub-Saharan Blacks are not much different from most (or at least a plurality of) American Blacks.

Agreed. I belive one of the main factors is when immigrants who have no respect for the new culture they are being allowed to become part of, they often look down on their new hosts, have resentment for them and only see an opportunity to get over on what they consider weakness, based on their previous life experiences. It's totally about the culture of their upbringing.
Thats why I believe its not racist to screen migrants as used to be done and not just let thousands of unknowns walk in. I think its also better to allow complete verified family units to come in, ..over single men
