The Judiciary Is Attempting To Seize Executive Power

If they have rights…why can’t illegals vote, buy guns, work above board and pursue happiness?

Many of the people Trump is attempting to deport, including the Palestinian graduate student from New York, was working above board and pursuing happiness, before he was hauled away and "disappeared" from his home. He was working at Columbia University, had a green card, and is married to an American citizen.

Those who were not in custody and were awaiting refugee hearings were also working and preparing for their hearings with their lawyers. The lawyers didn't even know what had happened to them.

Of course a BrokeLoser needs somebody to kick when they are down, so fuck them, right a$$hole?????

They can deport them, but they have to use regular immigration law, which requires due process, aka an administrative hearing, with the right to appeal an adverse decision.

Currently there is a three year backlog.
LMAO "regular" immigration law was NOT used by Democrats to funnel them into the U.S. now was it. They can get OUT and stay out!

In the Constitution due process isn't based on being a citizen, it's based on being a person.

WW
It's based on jurisdiction, and immigrants are subject to jurisdiction.

Now stop acting four, lower your head, and go stand in the corner.

You sound like a MAGA, for heaven's sake.

A single individual isn't an invasion.

Face it. Trump did such a good job security the border, he ended the invasion and can no longer deport people based on there being an invasion of illegals.
Wrong, but it’s good you finally admit Biden allowed a 4 year invasion of the US.

:oops8::oops8::oops8:

Boasberg’s order is especially egregious as is Justice Roberts upbraiding of Trump. It seems neither Boasberg nor Roberts are sufficiently competent to know that the US Supreme Court has previously ruled that deportations under the Alien Enemy Act are not subject to judicial review.

Pure bullshit.

By this logic Trump can send anyone he wants to El Salvadorian jail and it wouldn't be subject to judicial review. Which is of course nonsense with a side of crazy.

It's all predicated on:

50 U.S. Code § 21 - Restraint, regulation, and removal
U.S. Code

Whenever there is a declared war between the United States and any foreign nation or government, or any invasion or predatory incursion is perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States by any foreign nation or government,

The invasion has been stopped, and there are no foreign nations or governments saying they are even thinking about sending people over the border.
Incursion being the key word, Simp.

Green card = Here at the pleasure of our Government.

No need for the corner, I can stand proudly in the light.

Yo Dingle Berry

It sounds like you are not familiar with our Constitutional System of Government

Our Supreme Court riuled that

The Alien Enemy Act >>>>>>precludes judicial review<<<<<<< of the removal order.

Ludecke v. Watkins, 335 U.S. 160, 163-166 (1948)

Sorry, criminals aren’t a government entity.

Have Congress update the law instead of violating the law.

WW
Since we became a nation the legal Maxim has been "the law means what Congress intended"

Furthermore, the illegitimate demented treasonous seditious Biden Junta, i.e. the domestic terrorists were the government

These people were not "illegals". Many of them have NEVER been charged with any crimes whatsoever. Many were awaiting refugee hearings which meant they were legally in the country, and some of them were already in custody awaiting court hearings.

Without deportation orders, there is no justification whatsoever for sending these men anywhere, but sending them to a prison in El Salvador, without so much as a criminal charge against them, much less a conviction???? That's a crime against humanity.

This mania that Trump has unleashed against immigrants is sickening and dangerous. This is exactly how Hitler vilified the Jews, and you're cheering this level of hatred and inhumanity.

These are crimes against humanity, as was Trump's "separation of families". When cruelty and inhumane treatment is the standard you set, it soon escalates into something worse.
EVERYTHING done by the illegitimate demented Biden Junta is illegal, criminally insane, treasonous and seditious.

The illegals sent to El Salvador Supermax were not deported . They have been detained until their cases can be heard.

Well there I concur.

Mahmoud Khalil and ALL Palestinians have a right to remain in the US b/c our Country stole Palestine from them in 1948. Subsequently the US subsidized their genocide and ethnic cleansing. Sad

The Israelis won the war more than 70 years ago.

Too much time has gone by, and Hamas has become a criminal terrorist organization.

It must be eliminated entirely. Give the Arabs the island of Madascar.
