When I refer to the trump regime as being lawless this is what I mean.

Judge Vows to End Trump Administration’s Noncompliance ‘One Way or Another’

The federal judge identified 210 orders issued in 143 cases in Minnesota in which he said Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials had not complied with court orders.

The chief federal judge in Minnesota accused federal officials of continuing to disobey judicial orders related to immigration enforcement and then mischaracterizing the scope of their missteps.

The judge, Patrick Schiltz, threatened to hold government officials in criminal contempt if the pattern continued, writing in a scathing order on Thursday that, “one way or another, ICE will comply with this court’s orders.”

“The court is not aware of another occasion in the history of the United States in which a federal court has had to threaten contempt — again and again and again — to force the United States government to comply with court orders,” wrote Judge Schiltz, who was nominated to the bench by President George W. Bush.

Across the country, federal judges have repeatedly called out Trump administration officials in recent weeks for testifying dishonestly, representing the law inaccurately and failing to comply promptly with their orders,
especially on immigration-related matters. Tensions between the judiciary and the Trump administration have been especially high in Minnesota, where the courts have been overwhelmed with lawsuits stemming from a crackdown on illegal immigration.

Fans of MAGA may have forgotten this but the routine violation of court orders by the federal government is not normal. Or at least it wasn't until trump 2.0 got rolling.

You folks have a choice in dealing with this info. Employ the many means of denial, deflection, whataboutisms, etc. Or, perhaps uniquely, acknowledge the fault for this doesn't lie with the liberal media, out of control judges, or trumpian victimhood. The fault lies with the regime collectively deciding, directed by Don, to disregard any order of the court it does not feel the need to obey. That's the definition of lawlessness.

The court orders weren't illegal. Even if they were, the law requires a judicial finding reversing them. The regime is not at liberty to violate them absent appeal.

You do know the courts have no means of enforcing orders, beyond angry letters or whatever...

WHAT ARE THE ORDERS?

“EVEN IF THEY WERE ILLEGAL?”

Man, you are such a propagandist.

Brian Cole is WHITE, RIGHT? 😂

Let me contextualize this thread.

People are verbally sparring over ICE allegedly not following JUDGES ORDERS….WITHOUT DISCUSSING WHAT THOSE ORDERS ARE.

Lefties, what happened to this?

WHAT
ARE
THE
ORDERS?

You do know the courts have no means of enforcing orders, beyond angry letters or whatever...
Meaning what? The regime can pick and choose what court orders it obeys? Cuz my point is they have been.

Right kinda like how the courts can pick and chose to sentence someone or not...

You're obviously young, naive, miseducated, and indoctrinated.

Ever heard of Asymmetric Warfare or Active Measures?? You're a victim of Asymmetric Warfare, and an active participant in the Active Measures you have been guided into.

Communists, at least those who are familiar with Gramscian Strategy, refer to people like you as Useful Idiots.

Your mind has been captured.

The rulings of activist judges should never get compliance. Steps should already be taken to remove them from the bench.

Look at how many things he's already done that have been shot down on legal/constitutional grounds.

The craven White House and congressional enablers just stand there, afraid, and the useful idiots don't know any better.

There's always more than one way to do something. For some reason, he just can't do things the right way. There has to be chaos.
Seems to be working out pretty well

The most shocking thing Kristi Noem said in her Senate testimony

The most shocking thing Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Tuesday wasn’t about the border. It was about your front door.

In a Senate hearing that spanned fatal shootings, enforcement tactics, department spending and oversight disputes, Noem defended the department’s authority to enter private homes using “administrative immigration warrants” — documents issued within the executive branch and not signed by a judge — and made clear that the Department of Homeland Security considers that authority lawful.

That assertion goes to the heart of the Fourth Amendment.

And trump says, 4th Amendment, never heard of it."
