If they are able to convince a jury that a white police officer kneeling on the neck and strangling a pleading and helpless black man, while bystanders are screaming "You're killing him", its a wrap in my opinion. If you can convince people that wasn't murder, then nothing is.

I suspect he'll be convicted, and then get a minimal sentence, for no other reason that Prisons don't really like having Ex-cops in their populations. Protecting them from the other inmates becomes a full time job.

In this case, there's really no wiggle room, you have the entire incident on tape from multiple cameras. Also, the jury has to know that there will be riots if they acquit.

Floyd attempted to use the fake twenty AFTER his friend had attempted to use the same bill at the same store and was rebuffed! It's the kind of stupid crime that idiots commit when they're high as a kite on drugs. Floyd died because of a reaction to the drugs he'd ingested not because someone knelt on his neck. He was complaining of not being able to breath even before he resisted being placed in the police car. That wasn't because someone was kneeling on him...it's the typical reaction someone has when they overdose on the drug he was on. The drug screen on Floyd's autopsy paints a completely different picture of what happened that day than the narrative that had been put out by the main stream media.

I think you need to get your facts right.

Robert Jordan wasn't rejected to be a police officer in New London (USA) because he was too smart. Yes he had an IQ of 125 which is higher than average. The problem was New London were only interviewing candidates who scored between 120 and 127.

So even though he (Robert Jordan) got to the interview stage their were other people who also scored in that range too and they thought they would make better police officers than Jordan (who by the way was 50 years old)

So he wasn’t discriminated against because he was too smart.
