Chauvin pardon

I called Dr. Baker early that morning to tell him about the case and to ask him if he would perform the autopsy on Mr. Floyd. He called me later in the day on that Tuesday and he told me that there were no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck. There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation.
His knee didn't have to be on his neck

“In my opinion, does it make a difference?” asked Dr. Alon Steinberg, a cardiologist who has published a review of the scientific literature on prone restraint deaths. “No.”

Dr. Steinberg said that multiple factors, including the restriction of breathing and of blood flow, contributed to death during prone restraint.

Dr. Judy Melinek, a forensic pathologist who has written extensively about the case, said, “Even in the absence of pressing on the neck, you’re putting strain on the cardiovascular system, especially if somebody is fighting or struggling against the restraint.”

What about the guy Biden pardoned who wacked two FBI agents? That's ok?
The moralism of the political left is strictly partisan. They condemn TRUMP for being a “felon”, then turn around and celebrate felons that fit their pet narratives.

If Chauvin hadn’t been on his neck and chest, he wouldn’t have died.

His residency, by law, was Minnesota. Your primary residency is not a vacation home.

He claimed his primary residency was a bedroom in a friends house where he paid no rent, had no belongings and received no mail, as opposed to his $5 million home in Malibu where he actually lived.

You don’t see that as fraud?
If he hadn't committed a crime and had a long history of violent crime he wouldn't have had Chauvin on him.... oh the tangled webs

That’s a whole lotta words that mean nothing.

Chauvin is a convicted murderer. Nothing changes that.

Not Elmo. Not Trump
Yes we all know how much you libcucks love to distort the law for your precious "convictions"

There was absolutely nothing necessitating putting pressure on his chest or neck. Chauvin is responsible for his own actions.

Chauvin violated police rules for subduing a suspect, but he did not kill Floyd, Drugs killed Floyd.

They had the video.
The part where he was in the back of the squad car exclaiming he couldn't breathe was interesting.
All adrenalined up over the incident and loaded with crank and fentanyl was taking a toll on his heart.
Pretty sure it was cited he had cardiac disease.

If he hadn't committed a crime and had a long history of violent crime he wouldn't have had Chauvin on him.... oh the tangled webs
Chauvin was used and railroaded for a political agenda.....period.

Involuntary manslaughter at best.

Next up: Trump to pardon Hitler.
Charlie Hustle would get more votes.

True, show he intentionally planned to 'murder' Floyd.

Accident at best in a court of law.
