Derek Chauvin Convicted Out Of Political Expedience

That is Roberts' opinion. Obviously the court didn't take it into consideration.
Intimidation also played a role in the wrongful conviction of Chauvin. The Black Lives Matter riots, which the Democrats permitted, encouraged and justified, convinced prosecutors, judges, and jurors that a guilty verdict was required whatever the facts of the case or there would be more looting and burning. It is clear that Judge Cahill withheld exculpatory evidence from being presented to the jury. He was an asset to the prosecution and enabled Chauvin’s wrongful conviction.

blacks saying they feel like or relate to George Floyd is pathetic. It’s a cowards way out. It’s like a white person saying they can relate to some white person getting arrested or some bullshit.

We all descend from slaves. At some point in history all of our ancestors experienced slavery or oppression …

Blm people are the most annoying brats in American history…. They act like they are special or entitled.
I can understand how Blacks feel.

Yes, all of our ancestors experienced slavery at one point or another. The difference was, they weren't separated by Race. It was harder to identify them just by looking at them. Same skin tone, similar hair color, eye color, hair type, etc. Some of the Slave Women were quite beautiful and could find a wealthy master and marry into the family.

Slavery in the Americas was especially pernicious. It was based on race. It started out as pragmatic in that Black Slaves could take the heat much, MUCH better than the Irish (or other White) Slaves. A Black Slave cost five times as much as a White Slave in the American South of the mid to late 1600's

Then it got worse. They started breeding them like cattle, they kept them from forming family units, they wouldn't allow them to learn to read..... It was really ugly. And there was no hiding from it if your were Black, No marrying the Master and your children would be free. No escape. It was seriously bad.

Here's the deal...... we are the only Country in Human History to fight a War with our fellow countrymen to free slaves that weren't even our own race and that we didn't even enslave. We did it because Slavery was, and still is, disgusting. Period.

And the truth is -- We inherited the institution. We, Americans, didn't start it. The Brits dropped that giant Turd on us. Thank you very much. It was in place when we fought our Revolution. In fact, several of our Colonies made slavery illegal in their State Constitutions as soon as we were independent, the first to do it anywhere in the world that I know of.

That is not to try to absolve us of wrong-doing. We fought the deadliest war in our History to end it. We paid the price. I had relatives that died in that War on the Union side. We paid a heavy price for something we didn't even do.

I don't want Blacks to thank us. It was the right thing to do. But it would be nice if they'd remember that some of us.... Our families..... paid a heavy price to end slavery.

It's time to move on. It's way past time to end the hate. But we know who's stirring it up.... dimocrap scum. Because that's all they got. It's all they ever have. Hate. It's all dimocrap scum have. It's all they ever will have.

In the Floyd case Chauvin was the training officer, teaching the other three officers how to do business. That's what did him in. We certainly don't need Chauvins out on the street.

I certainly get your point. And I certainly 100% agree that slavery in America was race based. Well, we also know from history is that slavery whether it was based on religion or people becoming captives from warfare or other circumstances was equally if not more horrific then slavery in America.

“Chattel” slavery was not unique to America. For example it was not unique to the trans Atlantic slave trade. it was a worldwide phenomenon.

There was at least 1 million white people captured in southern Europe enslaved by north African Muslims. Some of them were treated horribly. Various tribes in the United States I’m talking about Indian tribes Also had black slaves too.

I’m living in Cambodia. Slavery ended only in the 19th century in Cambodia when the French ended it during the French colonial state in Cambodia.

There has been generations of both white people and Black people through history who have lived in squalor, who have been oppressed. For generation after generation after generation. This thing is a worldwide issue.

And I also think to your point, we would agree that our country sacrificed…..Americans died in large numbers to end slavery in this country. when we ended slavery it existed continuously for decades on end in other parts of the world.

With none other than Tim Walz.... Who ran for Office in some capacity outside Wisconsin. Forgot. Oh well, this is interesting if for no other reason than to expose some serious callousness and disregard for the live of others.

Plus, at this point does it even matter to anybody other than Chauvin? I mean, certain parties got all the mileage out of this that they're gonna get and the reasons behind this modern-day lynching are no longer present. IOW, the election is over.

Have enough people been sacrificed on the altar of Political Correctness yet?

I am, obviously, a Conservative but OTOH, I have little to no sympathy for Cops. Nothing personal. Never been mistreated by one, I just know who and what they are and they're not my kind of people.

What I'm about here is really simple -- Right and Wrong. While Chauvin is undoubtedly a punkass bitch of a Cop, did he get rail-roaded?

Did Derek Chauvin Really Kill George Floyd? A Reckoning May Be Coming.

Former cop Derek Chauvin has been granted a chance to take a look at George Floyd's heart to explore an alternate theory of why the man died in police custody. The federal judge's move on Monday will allow Chauvin's lawyers to determine if the former cop's knee on his upper back killed him or if the fentanyl and other drugs he was on exacerbated an already weakened heart and created a condition that ended in his death.>>

<<
Chauvin's trial occurred in a cauldron of hate. When the jury filed into the barricaded courthouse complex just blocks from where the riots had burned down buildings, including a police station and Target store, they could hear screaming protesters —a reminder of the violence Floyd's death triggered. The judge refused to move the trial to another, nearby county and out of the center of the unrest. He refused to delay the case.

Chauvin's one attorney was up against the Antifa-friendly Attorney General Keith Ellison, placed in charge of the case by Gov. Tim Walz. Ellison convinced the judge that the county attorney was not up to the task of trying Chauvin. Ellison chose an all-star panel of lawyers — at least one flown in from D.C. — to try the case. Hovering over the events was race-grifting Benjamin Crump. The five acting prosecuting attorneys routinely dumped hundreds of pages of discovery on Chauvin's lone attorney's desk on the eve of calling important witnesses.

There's more at the link. Like I said, just because Chauvin is a punk and a bully doesn't mean he committed murder. Was he just another victim of an unfeeling political party trying to win at any cost? It is obvious how I feel. I'm curious to see if some of our resident leftists will Goose Step March in Lock Step with their political masters or try to use the brain God gave them.
Sacrificial lamb.
He was one of the most egregious casualties
in the endless
trail of BLM destruction &
chaos.

I think they're about to try it again.

Derek Chauvin was a typical Punk-Ass-Bitch of a Cop. Too many are, way too many. We can talk about the 'why' if you want to -- Do they start out that way, or do they become that way after having to deal with scumbag dimocrap criminals all day,, every day?

Not all Cops are that way. Many of them are built to handle it and can still be decent human beings on and off duty. But not enough.

And shit like this is why we can't entice the good ones into being Cops. Yeah, Chauvin was a punk ass bitch but he didn't kill the Poster Boy for the dimocrap scum Party. His own stupidity did. His own scumbaggery did.

What should have happened to Chauvin was to be put on the Rubber Gun Squad, filing paperwork, taking reports or maybe at the very worst -- Suspended without pay for a time.

But what the dimocrap FILTH did to that man was unconscionable. But that's why they're dimocrap scum. They do unconscionable shit all the time. And the people they vote for aren't any better.

Until we ALL realize that dimocrap scum politicians are NOT the problem, and that dimocrap scum voters ARE, we are doomed to fall apart as a society and the greatest experiment in Human History will fail.

It starts in the Schools and the DISGUSTING FILTH. We're making inroads, for now, but is it enough?

BLM scapegoat.
What's next are we going to arrest firefighter first responders ?

Put them in jail if they lose a building or a patient ?

It's going to make it hard to find recruits.

His pardon will be humanistic reparation.

George Floyd was a monster
and a big giant
Drug addled criminal
mother fucker.

What does that say about the people in his community.

As with feeble Joe Biden
Well
That's just George
(Floyd)
he does that
he'll be fine.

He's really a great guy.
He was just misunderstood
by the police and the community.

a model citizen
Who became a cultural icon.

Trump can't pardon State convictions.
That's OK.

Trump's people can just conjure-up a Federal -level Constitutional issue and say the cop was unlawfully prosecuted.

Then issue a writ of habeus corpus to break the guy out of the slammer using US Marshalls to take him into Federal custody.

Then relocating him to some Red State or another and giving him a high-paying job in law enforcement. :auiqs.jpg:

God you people are stupid. The man who wrote that report testified in court that Chauvin murdered Floyd. Read the title you dipshit. :lmao:
Baker was intimidated & coerced.
