Chauvin pardon

He exhausted his appeals. Pardons don’t change that.
If he receives a pardon .. he can re-litigate at the state level.... Drive it up to the state supreme court again who will no doubt deny him again... Once he receives that denial he can appeal to the feds now that the federal charges are pardoned.

I got to tell you I don't think his conviction would stand if it went that far because the case was a rag tag, throw together rush job. Chauvin being an asshole notwithstanding.

If he receives a pardon .. he can re-litigate at the state level
Why does a federal pardon give him the opportunity yo “re-litigate”?

You’re just saying shit.

Depraved.

The actions of a man who never thought he could be held accountable.
The neck knee has been around for decades.
When I was young and reckless at what seems centuries ago now.... It was used on me.

I have seen it used dozens of times on others.

There was nothing unusual about it.

There was something highly unusual about the very high levels of fentanyl in George Floyd's blood however.

You just unknowingly intimated that.

There's more to the strategy than meets the eye.
If he receives a federal pardon it might be possible for him to re-litigate at a state level which will only produce the same results it did before but this time with the pardon behind him he can appeal to the feds. There's no question that that court system that railroaded him in the first place will do the same thing again but this time he has some place to go with it.

It’s just virtue signaling. Dude is sitting in state prison and should get even more years for tax evasion and voter fraud. A federal pardon is meaningless.
tax evasion & voter fraud are off topic. Have you nothing to say about the topic ? (death of George Floyd)

That will have the wackos in full "jump off the rooftop" mode.....
Those are the ramifications of brain warped DUPES who fall for everything the left media spoon feeds them. Incapable of dealing with truth.

Elon Musk floats possible pardon of ex-cop Derek Chauvin for being 'unjustly convicted' in George Floyd case | Daily Mail Online

By STEPHENM. LEPORE FOR DAILYMAIL.COM
Elon Musk weighed on a movement to pardon former police officer Derek Chauvin, saying the controversial action was 'something to think about.'
Chauvin, the disgraced Minneapolis cop convicted of murdering George Floyd back in 2020, is currently serving concurrent state and federal sentences in a federal prison in Arizona.
Ben Shapiro's The Daily Wire has begun an effort to pardon Chauvin with an open letter to Donald Trump, calling his conviction 'the defining achievement of the Woke movement in American politics.'

Comment:
The medical examiner testified that Chauvin did not harm Floyd.
He also testified that Floyd had arterial sclerosis, covid-19 and a lethal amount of fentanyl in his blood.
It was a politically motivated conviction.
It was a bogus conviction and an injustice.

You're lying. The autopsy said none of these things:

CLAIM: A new autopsy report for George Floyd has been released in 2023, revealing he died from a drug overdose, not from the actions of arresting Minneapolis police officers.

AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. Social media users are sharing a page from the 20-page autopsy report that was publicly released by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s office in full on June 3, 2020. It has not been changed since. While the page says he had fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system, and did not have “life-threatening injuries,” the full report concludes Floyd died from “cardiopulmonary arrest,” not an overdose.

The medical examiner's testimony was completely refuted by other medical experts. The ME aided the police in the cover up of this murder, and should have been charged as an accessory after the fact for lies he told.

It wasn't until the video of the murder was released to the pubic and we watched that cop deliberately murder that man while bystanders pleaded for his life, that people knew the true facts of Floyd's death.

Then it turns out that Chauvin had previously choked a teenager into unconsciousness as well. There were 17 excessive force complaints against this murderer. He is where he belongs.

Nope. Several ex Minneapolis police officers have publicly stated that ex police chief Arradondo and asst Police chief Katie Blackwell LIED in court regarding police methodology. (a critical aspect of the case)

Not only should Chauvin be released, but Blackwell & Arrondondo need to be put behind bars for PERJURY, & sending an innocent man there for 5 years.

Everything you're saying is nonsense, and you're running into a blind alley where all the facts regarding Dr Roger Mitchell (intimidation & coercion of Dr Baker & Dr. David Fowler -

‘Neck Compression Has to Be in the Diagnosis’

and the (perjury) lies told by police chiefs Blackwell & Arradondo, are now out in the open, from public statements by ex-Minneapolis police officers.

For the FACTS >>>

Chauvin

GUILTY

As the jury determined

15th post
He might want to stay in. He has no problem with someone wanting to kill him there like if he was let out. Safer there than in some town. Plus the longer he is there the higher his pension will be when he does get out.

It is incredible just incredible to see the length that the radical left is willing to go with repair of this case. Completely dismissing police procedure, which Chauvin was following. Dismissing the lethal amount of drugs has Floyd had in his system.

Sad that Trump is doing enough about this case too.

There needs to be a massive overhaul of how cops deal with situations. Right now it seems that if you're ex-military you've got a good chance of being a cop, and that mentality of go in with total violence to subdue is causing friction in society.

Chauvin was not ex-military, but he learned how to be a cop.

Also, how about trying to make the streets safer through other means too?

However Chauvin's record as a cop has issues where the police claimed he was doing the right thing, but.... but.... seems like it might not be. He had 18 complaints, two led to discipline against him.

"On May 24, 2008, Chauvin was responding to a domestic violence call about 21-year-old Black man Ira Latrell Toles by the mother of his child. After Toles locked himself in a bathroom, Chauvin forced his way in and attempted to hit Toles's head with the butt of his gun."

Was that necessary to break into the bathroom?

"On August 8, 2011, Chauvin was involved in the shooting of 23-year-old Alaskan Native American man Leroy Martinez in the torso by fellow officer Terry Nutter. Eyewitness accounts contradicted the police's claim that Martinez was armed when he was shot. "

Not Chauvin, but the police he worked for....

Seems to be a lot of this in the US. Needs to be sorted out. Nobody seems to want to sort it out. Overly aggressive police officers, a society that is falling apart.
