Yeah, no, not facts. Language like "twisted credo" is not the language of facts.

Yes, that is the way international law works. Citizens of a state are not treated the same as non-citizens. A non-citizen is not obligated to the laws of a citizen. In order for Palestinians to be subject to Israeli civil law, they would have to become Israeli citizens, under Israeli sovereignty. You are calling for Israel to immediately annex all of Gaza and the West Bank. Is that your intent?

I mean the West Bank isn't Israel so why illegals should have rights in foreign, including rights to property that is not there's whereas the natives have no rights seems nuts.

How would Israel absorb the Palestinians if they annexed the occupied territories? All indications are they would not. Which highlights Israel's long term project of seeking to drive them off, to ethnically cleanse them from their land. All the while Israel wants to have a problem with someone else having a problem with being cleansed or exterminated. This begins with a group of foreigners with the intention of setting up an ethnostate plopping down somewhere with an established population.

Where’s your unequivocal condemnation?” Yet once again, as Mark Twain pointed out so long ago, “A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes.”The claim that Gazans were suffering from mass starvation at the hands of Israel fit the narrative of the leftist political and media elites, which have been avid to portray the Israelis as evil white “settler-colonialists” oppressing the brown Palestinians.

Not so. The entire Mandate of Palestine territory (excluding Jordan) is sovereign Israel. There has never been another State in within the boundaries of that territory and no legal subdivision of the territory which creates a border between Israel and some other as yet imagined state. Israel has, thus far, chosen not to exercise her rights to sovereignty in favour of a future agreement with an emerging State of Palestine.

Well, this was the point of my post to Deadstick. As it is now, there are Israeli citizens and there are not-Israeli citizens. To treat not-citizens differently than citizens is not apartheid.

Misleading.

Hamas does steal food and prevents it from reaching those in need. Hamas is using food as a weapon of war and wants the people of Gaza to starve because it is useful to Hamas to put international pressure on Israel to end the war prematurely and leave Hamas in power.

The solution is not to "starve everyone then", but to introduce a food distribution mechanism that excludes Hamas and provides delivery directly to the people. This is the moral and practical best option in a difficult situation. (And yes, I realize that the GHF has had some serious problems, and yes, the IDF has not acted according to best practices and has made some very bad decisions.)
