There are three aspects of Dominion Voting Systems that all came together to help perpetrate the greatest fraud ever in an American election.

First the voting system was designed for election tampering. Oddly elaborate algorithms that facilitate assigning floating point factors to votes and shifting vote totals from one candidate to another. (Question: Why would a voting machine EVER need to use anything but integer math?)

Second, all states except Texas gave a "rubber stamp" approval of the Dominion system. Why was Texas the only state that actually had an expert panel analyze the voting system? Dominion tried three separate times to win the lucrative Texas contract and was soundly rejected all three times based on it's vulnerability to tampering.

Third, once deployed you still needed willing actors to manipulate the machines to execute the vote tampering and we have numerous examples of exactly that. "Forgotten" memory sticks containing hundreds of thousands of votes, active modems allowing access to the internet, Dominion experts who were running the machines after the elections, etc.

Dominion Voting Systems was the primary tool for election tampering in the 2020 election. At a minimum, the computer and the software need a nationally televised expert review. Bring Dominion experts and outside experts in front of the Senate and allow each to present their side. That would go a long way to restore faith in our election system. The Wall of Denial coming from our government and Media isn't going to cut it.

It could come down to Trump's lawyers vs Smartmatic and Dominion lawyers.

"Fox News, Newsmax shoot down aired election claims after voting machine companies threaten legal action

NEW YORK — Two election technology companies whose names have come up in President Donald Trump’s false charges of widespread voter fraud in the presidential election are fighting back, prompting unusual public statements from Fox News and Newsmax.

The statements, over the weekend and on Monday, came after the companies Smartmatic and Dominion raised the prospect of legal action for reporting what they said was false information about them.

Both companies were referenced in the campaign’s suggestion that vote counts in swing states were manipulated to the advantage of President-elect Joe Biden. The companies deny several statements made about them, and there is no evidence any voting system switched or deleted votes in the 2020 election.
A nearly two-minute pre-taped segment was aired over the weekend on a Fox Business Network program hosted by Lou Dobbs and Fox News Channel shows with Maria Bartiromo and Jeanine Pirro.

That came days after Smartmatic sent a letter threatening legal action to Fox and two other networks popular with Trump supporters, Newsmax and One America News Network.

The two-minute Fox segments aired in the form of a question-and-answer session between an offscreen voice and Eddie Perez, a voting technology expert at the nonpartisan Open Source Election Technology Institute.

“I have not seen any evidence that Smartmatic software was used to delete, change or alter anything related to vote tabulations,” Perez said.
The company says its only work that involved the 2020 U.S. election came in Los Angeles. Trump’s lawyers have falsely claimed that Smartmatic was founded in Venezuela by former dictator Hugo Chavez for the goal of fixing elections. Smartmatic was started in Florida in 2000. Its founder is Venezuelan, but the company said Chavez was never involved, and its last work in Venezuela came in 2017 when its software found the government had reported false turnout numbers."

The Wall of Denial coming from our government and Media isn't going to cut it.

In Indiana, ES&S’ systems were plagued by mishaps at the local level. In Johnson County, for instance, the company’s brand-new machines faltered in ways that made it difficult to know whether some people had voted more than once.

The vote in 2006 in Sarasota, Florida, was just one. There, ES&S machines lost around 18,000 votes; it is still unclear why. The loss was far more than the margin of victory, and a lawsuit followed that ultimately resolved little. The company said in a statement that a variety of testing done on its machines supports its claim that the devices were not at fault, but the county wound up canceling its dealings with the firm shortly afterward.

Despite such stumbles, ES&S — based in Omaha, Nebraska, and employing roughly 500 people — controls around 50% of the country’s election system market, the company says, meaning that some 70 million Americans vote using the company’s equipment.

And then there's this.

Hacking Democracy is a 2006 Emmy nominated documentary film broadcast on HBO and created by producer Robert Carrillo Cohen and producer / directors Russell Michaels and Simon Ardizzone and executive producers Sarah Teale, Sian Edwards & Earl Katz. Filmed over three years it documents American citizens investigating anomalies and irregularities with 'e-voting' (electronic voting) systems that occurred during the 2000 and 2004 elections in the United States, especially in Volusia County, Florida. The film investigates the flawed integrity of electronic voting machines, particularly those made by Diebold Election Systems, exposing previously unknown backdoors in the Diebold trade secret computer software. The film culminates dramatically in the on-camera hacking of the in-use / working Diebold election system in Leon County, Florida - the same computer voting system which has been used in actual American elections across thirty-three states, and which still counts tens of millions of America's votes today.

So let's see if you can prove Dominion voting machines were hacked. But while you're at it, look at all the other electronic voting machines in RED states. Maybe they aren't as red as we think.

In this hack, Harri Hursti rigged the Diebold optical scan voting system to make the wrong candidate win by adding negative (minus) votes to one race. This resulted in that race having votes literally subtracted from its vote total. These methods were tested by the Leon County Supervisor of Elections, Ion Sancho, on the actual Diebold optical scan voting system used by Tallahassee, Florida in all their prior elections. This method demonstrated, contrary to a previous Diebold statement, that a person attempting to rig the votes of a precinct would need access to only the memory card, not the optical scan voting system or tabulation software.

Diebold wrote a letter to HBO referring to the famous vote changing 'Hursti Hack' featured in the film, claiming that "Harri Hursti is shown attacking a Diebold machine in Florida. But his attack proved later to be a complete sham." This statement by Diebold was proven to be wholly wrong by independent computer scientists at UC Berkeley who investigated the Hursti Hack.

Glad you guys are finally on my side regarding electronic voting machines. I don't trust them either.

There was no voter fraud.
There could have been a voter fraud. Some guy who voted for his dead wife. There was no election fraud. No conspiracy on a grand scale to throw out Trump votes because of hanging chads.

In fact Trump tried to slow up the US Mail so votes would come in late and he wanted to not count those votes. Trump tried to commit election fraud.

I am not talking about overturning the election results. I am not talking about examining the mountain of election tampering evidence. I am specifically talking about a PUBLIC EXPERT ANALYSIS AND REVIEW of the Dominion Voting System with BOTH Dominion experts and outside experts in front of a bi-partisan Senate panel. What is the objection to that?

I have read very little on SmartMatic systems involvement in election tampering but I have read a ton on Dominion Systems. That is why I specify Dominion Systems should be the focus of an expert review in front of the Senate.

You mean like Bruno Cua, an 18-year-old from Milton, Georgia, was already facing serious charges when he was arrested on Feb. 6 in connection with the insurrection at the US Capitol a month earlier. He was accused not only of illegally entering the Capitol but also of assaulting police and of obstructing Congress’s efforts to certify the presidential election, which are felony crimes.

But it only got worse when a federal grand jury returned an indictment four days later. On top of the original set of charges, the grand jury bumped up misdemeanor counts he’d faced for entering the Capitol to felonies, citing evidence that he’d carried a “deadly and dangerous weapon” — in his case, a baton. The addition of a “weapons enhancement” meant the maximum sentence he faced for those counts jumped tenfold, from one year in prison to 10.

Thinking more about those higher up the chain. Those who profited by it.
