The good news is Massie has already filed papers for a run in 2028. Can't keep a good man down.

"In 2024 the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram reported that the maker of the Hart Intercivic Verity vote counting machine had furiously denied voluminous reports that its machines had ā€˜flipped votes.’ The Hart Intercivic is the vote-counting machine used in all but 2 of the Kentucky 4th Congressional District, where popular maverick Republican congressman Thomas Massie was defeated after polling comfortably ahead for most of the primary season.

Massie had outraged Trump by pressing relentlessly for the release of the Epstein files, and opposing the US and Israel’s attack on Iran. Trump endorsed Massie’s opponent, political novice Ed Gallrein, who held no rallies of note and declined all nine of Massie’s invitations to debate. Trump repeatedly attacked Massie, a former supporter of Trump, in the most personal terms, such as ā€œa horrible person.ā€

The Star-Telegram reported:

ā€œTarrant County’s voting devices are among the most secure in the nation and do not ā€˜flip votes,ā€™ā€ said a spokesperson for Hart InterCivic in an emailed statement. ā€œThe devices are tested and certified at the state and federal level and were successfully tested locally in Tarrant County prior to the start of Early Voting.ā€
Hart was responding to the most recent in a long series of controversies regarding its vote-counting machines, specifically regarding vote-flipping. In this case a man insisted that he had voted for Trump but the receipt he got from the machine, which it has been shown almost no one looks at, showed a vote recorded for Kamala Harris.

In a 2012 article co-authored by political science professor and election integrity activist Bob Firtakis in the Columbus Free Press, the article stated:

ā€œIn all 234 counties of Texas, the entire states of Hawaii and Oklahoma, half of Washington and Colorado, and certain counties in swing state Ohio, votes will be cast on eSlate and ePollbook machines made by Hart Intercivic. Hart Intercivic machines have famously failed in Tarrant County (Ft. Worth), adding 10,000 non-existent votes. The EVEREST study, commissioned by the Ohio secretary of state in 2007, found serious security flaws with Hart Intercivic products.ā€

The Firtakis et al article in Columbus Free Press noted that the company Hart has deep ties to former GOP presidential candidate and ā€œvulture capitalistā€ Mitt Romney.

Former NM state university professor and former NM district attorney David Clements, frequently called a ā€œconspiracy theoristā€ for suggesting what has already been well proven, that electronic vote-counting machines can be hacked, published in his Substack the results of a 2025 pre-election accuracy test of Hart machines. The Nevada Globe reported extensively on vote-counting machine hacking in 2024 in ā€œDEF CON Hackers Find Security Vulnerabilities In Voting Machinesā€

Clements’ Substack said:

ā€œAccording to a sworn affidavit, the incident occurred during a logic and accuracy test that took place on December 10th and 11th, 2025 at the Tarrant County election facility in Forth Worth, Texas. The logic and accuracy test is intended to demonstrate that an election system is working properly before an upcoming special runoff election scheduled for January 31st, 2026.

During the logic and accuracy test, Tarrant County elections official, Paul Benevides, ran 72 pre-filled test ballots with a known result through the tabulators that will be used during the real election….

Like most voting systems, the Hart tabulators capture a scanned image of each ballot and use software to determine which squares the voters filled to apply the vote to the correct candidate. The image of the ballot that was counted as an undervote was easily located in the Hart system. Since ballots are serialized in Tarrant County, the digital image was then matched to the physical ballot it was supposed to represent. The physical ballot had the square indicating a vote for Rehmet completely filled in, yet the accompanying ballot image created by the Hart voting system showed a blank square next to Rehmet’s name.

The batch of 72 ballots was run again, and it produced the same manipulated result and the same manipulated ballot image for the same ballot.

The Rep. Thomas Massie’s GOP primary, which is now famous for its high number of anomalies such as the highest total GOP primary total vote in the Kentucky district’s history, the highest increase in primary vote turnout in the nation’s history since 1970, being the most expensive congressional primary in the nation’s history, for record financial backing of Massie’s opponent by the pro-Israel lobby AIPAC, will not soon disappear from the spotlight.

The disappearance of one of the lone conservative voices consistently against unprovoked wars such as the attack on Iran, for the Constitution, and in defense of individual rights has shocked many across the political spectrum to the core.

Yup because he is a bitter lefty that wants to see the GOP lose and the Dems win.
Massie got took out by Epstein's friends for releasing the files.

Why is Todd Blanche not releasing them according to the law passed in Congress by Massie?

If Massie bent the knee to epstein and friends, he wouldn't have been opposed.

There should be a robust investigation of this.

Someone who was robbed of an election in the past would be hypocritical to not put Kash on it....
