The video is about Kennedy claiming that USAID is purchasing Playboy and Hustler magazines ("spending porn") which means he has no clue what he's talking about. And then Trump talking about "bad people on Medicaid." You are talking about individual income taxes. You get an F for watching the video and relevant and intelligent information.
