• FACT: An immigration judge ruled Khalil — who is not a U.S. citizen — can be deported.

Total lie.
The courts have ruled it was illegal to arrest Khalil and he can not be deported.
The judge that ruled he can not be deported, then allowed him to be detained until allegations over his green card applications are resolved.

• FACT: Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller summarily embarrassed her with the facts: “The federal government will find EVERY illegal alien who is stealing American taxpayer dollars — and that’s what Americans expect to happen. I don’t even fathom the premise of your question.”

Total lies.
There is very little welfare available in the US, primarily ADC and disability, neither of which any immigrants can get, much less illegal immigrants.

States have no authority to interfere with personal medical and family issues like abortion, due to the 14th amendment.

• FACT: This was a total fabrication. Special Envoy Witkoff did not even have a personal phone with him in Russia. He had only a government phone; a secure line of communication.

It is always impossible for any wireless phone to ever be a "secure line of communications".
The best you can try to do is encrypt the data, but that is never really secure.
