If the Jan 6 mob that entered the Capitol had been a true insurrection, the rioters would have been armed to the teeth and would have succeeded in taking over the building. A good number of the rioters would have been ex-military with combat experience. Of course if the Capitol building was occupied by revolutionaries, how would that have put Trump back in the Oval Office? The insurrection would have ended as a bloody failure.

Sleepy Joe is not a dictator and at this point the democrats have not pushed so hard that a majority of conservatives feel an armed uprising is necessary. There are obviously white supremacists in this nation but they are not behind every tree like the democrats say. The democrats are promoting racial hatred in our nation but most whites simply do not hate blacks or Hispanics. If they did Obama would have never been elected President twice.

Many Trump supporters do feel the democrats rigged the election but democrats rigging elections is nothing new. Most Trump supporters believe the democrats just used COVID-19 as an excuse to change the rules at the last minute. Of course Trump supporters are upset but most believe they can make sure future elections are fair. After the midterms and the next Presidential Election Trump supporters feel the Democratic Party will find itself in the minority again and on the outside looking in. One dirty election is not a big enough excuse to fuel a rebellion.

But if the Democrats play their cards right they might actually accomplish some positive changes in our nation such as actual improvements to our infrastructure, full employment and a rising stock market. I doubt they are smart enough to accomplish this but hopefully I am wrong.

However Biden, Harris, Pelosi and Schumer should be careful not to push too hard. Most Americans do not want to see this nation turned into a socialist shit hole like Venezuela or Cuba. A little socialism like a little hot sauce can be a good thing but easily can be over done.

Also at this time a large number of Americans are not willing to give up their right to own firearms to a government they really don’t trust. Historically Americans have never really trusted their government and that has been a good thing.
