For the first nine of those, it was autonomous under the All-Palestine Government, an Egyptian sponsored Palestinian organization. I think you are a little confused. VERY FEW JEWS lived in Palestine in 1914. Only 94,000 Jews compared to 525,000 Muslims (and 70,000 Christians)
