Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard asked the Justice Department to investigate two former government officials who played a central role in President Trump's first impeachment inquiry.

A spokesperson for Gabbard's office confirmed that she drafted criminal referrals for a whistleblower and a former intelligence community watchdog, but did not detail what specific crimes are alleged. Whether to pursue a criminal investigation following a referral is up to prosecutors at the Justice Department.

Unlike Herridgde, I actually have a job.

She’s less of an investigative journalist and more of a Republican press secretary. She really just republishes their allegations after adding a paragraph and moving the words around a little.

BREAKING: Newly Declassified Docs Reveal Bias of Impeachment 'Whistleblower'

A former inspector general who fast-tracked a “whistleblower” complaint that led to the first impeachment of President Trump in 2019 knew the whistleblower was a registered Democrat and Joe Biden loyalist yet still determined his complaint was "a matter of urgent concern that appeared credible," according to newly declassified documents.

The documents also reveal the anonymous whistleblower secretly met with the Democratic staff of former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff prior to submitting his complaint in August 2019.

To summarize, the complaint was based on second hand information, the whistleblower had democratic connections and they didn’t check a box although we don’t really know if they should have checked the box anyway.

No wonder you don’t want to talk about the fact that the whistleblower’s complaint was accurate.
Democrats and Justice Roberts refused to allow Trump to cross examine the lying leftist whistleblower because the crooked officials could not risk their seditious conspiracy to defraud Trump being exposed.

Testimony? I don’t believe the whistleblower testified. Can you link to that claim?

So we don’t care about facts anymore?
Of course the democrats had to fight hard to illegally prevent whistleblower from testifying or else their whole leftist seditious scam would have been exposed.

If someone came to the cops and said “I was at the bar last night and a guy told me he was the one who robbed the bank last week”, don’t you think the police should investigate that?
If some Trump-hating leftist meets with Adam Schiff and they cook up a scheme to destroy Trump on the basis of hearsay evidence that cannot be corroborated by cross examination then that law-breaking, leaking leftists should never be taken seriously.

Never said or indicated that.

Exactly what do you think the 'allegation' entails?
So if you guys never got testimony from the whistleblower or anyone they talked to, then how do you know the whistleblower reported the violation to HSPCI?

Oh, I guess you’re going off hearsay then.

Exactly what do you think the 'allegation' entails?
Already stated.

It’s all hype over nitpicking. You’re upset they didn’t check a box without ever thinking whether they should have actually checked the box.

And ignoring that the whistleblower report was found to be accurate.

LOL.....not at all.

And ignoring that the whistleblower report was found to be accurate.
Atkinson, during his investigation, found that the whistleblower showed indications of "political bias" and was "in favor of a rival political candidate," while still deeming the complaint a matter of "urgent concern."

Because it was an urgent concern and it was a legitimate complaint.

Just because he's potentially biased doesn't mean the complaint should be disregarded.
