SAVE is a solution in search of a problem. There was no fraud that could have changed the outcome of any Presidential election (at least in my lifetime). The fact that Trump continues to undermine the public's trust in our system makes him, IMHO, the worst and most dangerous president of my lifetime.

From my understanding thje constitution ONLY allows Congress to declare war silly one!

Your understanding isn't sufficient for you to have a meaningful conversation on the matter, as you clearly do not understand the president committing an act of war is not a declaration of war.

Congress made some carve outs for the President to do such, only under certain conditions...imminent threat, is one of them....

Nothing here creates the legal or constitutional requirements you claimed.

Our elections ARE legit so this will just be a burden on ME for absolutely NO benefit. I always vote by mail and VA has never had a problem with it.

VA has a lot more issues with elections currently being decided....the Dems have proven to be a great threat to representative democracy in the Commonwealth.
