Texas Abortion Tracking Website Shut Down A Second Time

I read the wording its back a few posts...it must be a heartbeat....a detectable rhythmic repetitive heartbeat...how else can it be any clearer?....it must be a heartbeat not some random gas in the mother or anything else...A HEARTBEAT!!!!
As defined by a bunch of ignorant jackasses, not scientists.

Not a life, as a fact of law, entitled to Constitutional protections – where the protected liberties of the woman are paramount.

When the authoritarian right seeks to compel women to give birth against their will in violation of the right to privacy, it’s no longer a matter of personal, subjective beliefs about life, it instead becomes a matter of law where the Constitution prohibits the state from interfering in the decisions of private citizens, including whether to have a child or not.

Get lost Jones, you're an idiot

A slight fluctuation in a few cells that are only detectible by ultrasound, (no stethiscope) and are present long before the structure of the heart has developed.

What are you talking about...a heartbeat is a heartbeat...why are you so intent on sounding hysterical.....if you get pregnant and don't want the baby you have plenty of time to do something about it...but when there is a heartbeat in Texas that baby has civil rights.....

Doctors know the difference...stop freaking out....

Citizens are at liberty to believe ‘life’ begins at conception – or before conception, for that matter – and conduct their personal, private lives accordingly.

But the state is not at liberty to codify those personal, subjective beliefs into law compelling all citizens to believe the same thing – that’s not a free and democratic society, that’s the tyranny of a dictatorship.

Yes. Doctors do know the difference. It all comes down to what you define as a heartbeat. Just out of curiosity, would you oppose abortions based on only a few quivering cells before the structure of the heart was even present? You wisely said doctors know the difference, but would you oppose abortions when none of the muscles of heart even existed yet? You understand the heart is just a big muscle, dont you?
