April 15th, tax day, this country is going to have tea parties all over the U.S. If you are sick and tired of the bailouts, the 810 billion dollar stimulus bill that no one had time to read before they voted on it and the Omnibus bill that had 9,000 earmarks then check out The New American Tea Pary on the web. This morning it was reported that we will have one trillion dollars more debt than the anticipated 1.7 trillion. The CBO ( congressional budget office) over estimated the tax reciepts. We will now have a 2.7 trillion dollar debt. There is something that we all can do, send a tea bag or tea label to 1600 Pensylvania Ave. Washington D.C 20500 and or show up to your tea party and make your voices heard. The federal government is incompetent and this out of control spending has got to stop or it will bankrupt us and our grandchildren will be growing up in a 3rd world country.
