You need to read up on Polish history.
Around 1600, Poland was the largest country in Europe, and by far the most abusive.
Until then, the Ukraine was totally Russian, which included a little Mongol, Turk, Tatar, and Cossack.
But Poland was so racist that they invaded the Ukraine and tried to exterminate the Mongol, Turk, Tatar, and Cossack, but failed.
The Polish Empire was so hated that everyone ganged up on them and destroyed Poland by 1700.
Poland was divided between Germany and Russia.
The Treaty of Versailles was the most screwed up extortion ever passed.
It not only recreated Poland again, but illegally took the Ukraine from Russia, and made Prussia disappear.
Poland is where the racist Scythians and Cimmerians like Vlad the Impaler went after the Mongol invasion of 1200 threatened Romania.
So the "Ukeys" of the western half of the Ukraine actually are Polish.

Russia liberated and rebuilt eastern Europe at great cost to Russia, and did not make a cent off them.
Same when they defended China, Korea, Vietnam, Cuba, etc. from US colonial imperialism.
They did not make a cent off helping those countries.
And the list of US colonial imperialism is huge, like Iran (1953), Nicaragua, Grenada, Panama, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, the Ukraine, Palestine, Egypt, Syria, etc.

Russia will never attack Poland or any other NATO member - unless the US drops it's nuclear shield commitment towards Europe.
Hell, presently this mediocre Russian army can't even find their way through Ukraine since Feb. 2022.
If NATO would send in their own forces - Russia can pack it's belongings in Ukraine and make a run back home.

However depending on what government rules Poland - some of them clearly have a "vision" towards the former "greatness" of the Lithuanian/Polish Empire - which encompasses parts of today's Ukraine/Baltic States and BELARUS.

You sure?? - The US MIC collects presently (2024) around a TRILLION US$ - just from the US taxpayer to maintain the US Armed Forces and thus it's commitment towards NATO - that goes hand in hand with US global control.

Without it's "control" of NATO, only some meager 50-100 Billion US$/per year would reduce their global revenue. Unlike in the e.g. 50'ies, 60'ies to the early 70'ies when NATO and the non-communist world, more or less fully relied onto the US MIC and it's products.

US global control and the MIC are basically the same thing.

Not really encouraging to see a military mindset, that reflects a totally outdated Maginot and Czechoslovakian concept. Somehow didn't impress the Wehrmacht in 1939/40. Furthermore today's "modern" continental wars are fought via IT, long range weapons, air superiority in combination with precision strikes - and not tank armadas waltzing through fortified defensive lines.

Nowadays's only mediocre armed forces will get entangled in a trench and fortification bock-down - see Russia in Ukraine.
Since NATO never fully committed to the "Ukrainian Cause" - the Ukrainians had no choice, but to dig in.

If Germany, would be the front-line State as before - it's armed forces would encompass around 580,000 personal.
Which was the case in view of an "factually existing" massive Russian military buildup. A potential which Russia today simply doesn't have.

But anyway - as long as the Poles pay for themselves (which is not the case) I personally couldn't care about their exorbitant national military spending's. - Which by the way is foremost financed via the EU, and Poland "enriching" with EU money, aka EU Taxpayer money, more or less only the US MIC and South-Korea.
