This isn't a case about what religions consider marriages, they are and always free to determine that for themselves.
The issue before the court has to do with Civil Marriages and equal treatment under the law and by governmental entities.

the US supreme court has ruled several times that marriage is a inferred, if not constitutional american right. I see no reason why they would rule that bans are constitutional.

No, you're in favour of allowing people to discriminate against gays, and refuse them service. That's not a "live and let live" position.
Live and let live would provide services to gays, without comment because it's none of your business who someone wants to marry. If they have a marriage license, you don't get to refuse service because you think they're sinners. You let them live their lives and they give you their money and let you go on serving the public.
It is only when you elect to judge gays based on your beliefs, that they will retaliate against that injustice.
