This case will give some insight into whether Roberts has decided to allow the Supreme Court to abandon its duty as a check and balance to the other branches and become a mockery or not. Alito, Gorsuch, and Thomas dissenting; was Kavanaugh too hungover to show up?

I'm not seeing the "hugeness"...what is the huge significance of hearing the case earlier as opposed to later? and do you now believe this means the court must rule in an unfavorable way to the trump administration?
