He violated the Hatch Act by illegally undermining the Obama Administation's sanctions against the Russian government for interference in the 2016 election, and he plead guilty to these crimes in a court of law, on three separate occasions - in the Plea Agreement, the elocution before the judge, and in a second elocution before the judge last December.

These are proven facts, that cannot be disputed, simply by Trump saying or wishing it. Trump is prosecuting the Head of the Senate Intel Committee for insider trading because Senator Burr issued a Report last week confirming that Russia hacked the DNC. Several Senators were caught selling off stock prior to the pandemic crash. Burr is the only Senator being charged.
