you've seen it?The Symmetry Project isn't 'porn' for God's sake. Kinda artsy-fartsy crap, but obscene/porn? Hardly.

uh, sorry, Fox News said it exactly as YOU did, so how are THEY lying and YOU not?She says the money is going to a theatre that "promises this movie". Thundercrack was released in '75. So in spite of FauxNews best efforts to portray this as money being spent for this particular film, it's going to the theatre itself.
SAN FRANCISCO CINEMATHEQUE
Since its founding in 1961, San Francisco Cinematheque has become one of the most knowledgeable and respected showcases of experimental film and video in the world. Our intention is to make these works a part of the larger cultural landscape through three main areas of activity: exhibition, publication and education.
We represent 50 different programs every year, including:
• in-person presentations
• contemporary experiments in film and video
• historical works from international and American cinema
• independent features and documentaries
• development of film and video presentations for other national and international showcases
To further the understanding of the disciplines of film and video art, we also offer:
• lectures and public forums
• retrospectives
• panel discussions
• archival services
• a publications library
• and information services for visiting curators and critics.
Complementing our regular calendar of programs and publications, San Francisco Cinematheque continues to produce special projects. Past examples include the 50 program retrospective of AMERICAN 8MM film at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
ROFLMAOAnd then there's this:
Perverts Put Out!, San Francisco's long-running pansexual performance series, has featured stellar line-ups of truly twisted, mega-talented artistes...and even an occasional naked mayoral candidate. And, despite the ravings of the liars at Faux, er, Fox News, not one cent of taxpayers' money has come our way, dammit!
Perverts Put Out! meets Fox News
Strike three.
