Police Reform in Needed Immediately Republicans

An Oriental is a Chinese, or a person from a nation that learned civilization from the Chinese. These are Koreans, Japanese, and Vietnamese.

I am not lying.

The race problem in the United States is caused by a problem race.

I will not dislike a person because he is a Negro, but I dislike characteristics that are more frequently found among Negroes than with people of other races.

On the other hand, although I am white, I prefer Orientals to whites. I have never known an Oriental I did not like. I am a Gentile, but the only Jews I disliked were not observant, so I did not consider them to be authentically Jewish.

Orientals tend to be more intelligent than whites. They are less prone toward crime and illegitimacy. Jews tend to be quite a bit more intelligent than white Gentiles. I have not found data about their rates of crime and illegitimacy, but I suspect that their rates of each are lower than they are for white Gentiles, whether those Jews are observant or not.

One small percentage of 13% has 65% of the violence related encounters
Is So Simple and that’s why excuse makers have to weave such a web

The police department started with the Slave Patrols, so it is doing exactly what it was designed to do. Why do you think the right wing and Republicans fight against police reform, why do you think Trump is going to give them immunity to do as they please.
You think the police are out there looking to discriminate against black people?

So are school teachers.

I agree. Most teachers are great people. My mother was a teacher and my niece and nephew are teachers. I even considered it as a career.

I think the problem with both policing and education are institutional, that there are a lot of bad ideas that just get perpetuated because large organizations are resistant to change.

I think both professions also have the problem of being impossible to get rid of bad apples, compared to other industries.

Simple. Get rid of public sector unions.

MMMM.... maybe. Or at least limit them to only negotiating pay and benefits.

I don't think they are all of the problem, though.

As I have said, 99% of Cops are great guys, but they instinctively circle the wagons around the bad apples.

The pay and benefits issue still hold with public sector unions, because there is no incentive for politicians to hold the line for fiscal responsibility. just keep kicking the can down the line.
