Reguarding the Presidential Libaries: The Non-Profit Presidential Libary established for that Presidednt maintains the grounds and facilities. The National Archives retains control of documednts an works with the libary to loan documents for display. The former President does not own the documents on the display, the United States government does.

Special Counsel Jack Smith has withdrawn his team from the DOJ’s appeal in the classified documents case against President-elect Donald Trump’s co-defendants. The case, along with discussions of preemptive pardons by President Joe Biden, have been the sources of great controversy in recent weeks. Trump’s co-defendants, Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira, pleaded not guilty to charges of obstructing justice.

Presidents are authorized to keep classified documents.
No president has ever had his home raided by the FBI for documents.
The Dirty Democrat Party has turned the FBI into their Brown Shirt secret police.
Jack Smith's case would have been laughed out of court.
That is why he withdrew.

Past Presidents are not entitled to take stuff out of the White House when they go. Trump stole that stuff and then he lied about it.
